"I hired them to check out my shutters to make sure they were hurricane Helene ready. Unlike other companies I had investigated, they refused to give me a price saying that they needed to assess the situation first. The others gave me a base price based on the number of windows times $20/window. But they indicated it could be more based on what they had to do, Clearly this seemed like a blind item one way or another so I selected Suncoast for the most illogical reason....they had the number 513 in their phone number....this has been a lucky number for me forever. Anyway, Alex and Diego came and they were very pleasant, gave me an assessment, to which I agreed, and did the work just in time before it started to pour. The other two companies were pricing a lower quality shutter. Every step went smooth, super friendly/professional, and the installation was superb and quick. I was also expecting the installation to be louder, since drilling into concrete, but even the noise was minimal. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after installation.
