"My Geek-tech technician fixed a number of issues I was having with my computers, some of which I didn't even know I had. He also made some adjustments to make it easier for me to use my laptops. A big thank you to Albert Johnson for his help!"

"Javed was polite, courteous, and a technical genius. He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup. He also made more improvements in software usage. He spent several hours in total and charged far less than I anticipated. Certainly recommend him as first choice for any computer repairs."

"Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."

"the repair service technician (Anthony) was excellent. He took the time to thoroughly analyze my computer and explain the problems as well as what he will do to return the computer to full operation. Upon returning the computer he revied all the work and demonstrated / showed all repairs and system functionality. It is a joy to work with the computer no delays, freezing, restarts and now has lightning speed compared with before repairs were made. Will likely get another 4 years service. Will definitely use this service again."
