Professional expertise for planning, designing and overseeing the construction of buildings. These include drawings for planning and designing of new (ground up) and renovation residential and commercial projects. We provide the necessary drawings to be submitted to the building department.

In answer to my motivations, I prefer small manageable projects with quick turnaround times and more personal contact with clients . My fees are based on the Scope of Work (SOW) and vary if engineering is required (Structural, HVAC, Civil, Electrical). I do not charge for initial contact nor determination of the scope of work (what we call programming) and a fee proposal.
