"This Contractor client has, unfortunately left several reviews using fictitious names. We agreed upon a very low fee. During the design phase he kept adding more area. When we were done with design he had almost tripled the size of the house, but would not allow for a reasonable fee adjustment. Prior to him, I had all 5 star reviews. This man is on a mission to ruin my reputation and unfortunately, all I can do is respond like this. this is highly unfair."

I iniatially negotiated with Mr. Barretta and aggreed to a price and he came out to see the house then within days the drawing was done. however, the city did not aprove we needed revision at the same time we took advantage of making a few changes our selves, this is where i feel the price become slightly unreasonable! hence the 4.5 score. otherwise, Mr. Barretta is very knowledgeable and efficient! I would hire him again, except I would make sure I have everything together before calling him!
