Mr. Francois was very prompt in fulfilling my request. The minute I posted the job he called me to discuss. He was at my door within the hour to give me a reasonable quote. Very respectful, cleaned up after he finished the job, and was quick to get it done. Id definitely hire him again. 5 stars.

FRANCOIS showed up half hour after we spoke. His work and speed is exceptional. He even had to leave twice to get supplies. Update- He left part of the caulking unfinished and deliberately put the dishpan in front of it so i would not see it.

Earlier, I scored this business to be 5 stars, not 3 stars. There was some mishaps and result became 3. Please correct.

The project required cutting a hole through a concrete, not brick, wall to install a duct from a range oven hood. We expected that the kitchen wall was made with bricks but we were wrong. They also put up tiles over a small section which looked raw and exposed after removing a microwave. It was a 95 degree hot day and they worked very hard. I have been using the new range oven hood everyday and it has been working nicely. Despite all the difficulties, they completed the job the same afternoon. Thank you Francois and his helper!
