They seems very professional at first but once they get your money, good luck trying to get them to do anything. My project was delayed over and over again because they kept on giving excuses. I recall speaking to them on a Thursday afternoon regarding some drawings and when I showed up the next day, the whole office was moved with no notice. While in the middle of my project I sent them 2 updated drawings and all they had to do is review and sent back but never heard from them til this day. I can go on and on but thank God I was able to complete my project without them. I would definitely not recommend them.

Sandra designed a barn for my backyard. We are currently waiting for permits and I think she did a great job! She was fast and came quickly, drew plans and revised in timely fashion. Yes, would hire again!

Sandra immediately responded to my request which was urgent and they got on it right away. Some of the communication was slow when we needed to make changes. There should have been more communication about the drawings with me to go over but I had not done this kind of thing before so I didn't know that but it cost us a lot more every time there was a change because of permitting with electrical and plumbing but they were accommodating with the changes

Great customer service, however, the city did not accept their drawing. Too big, too many details, but did not include what we needed. Had to go back to them for revision, but still were not able to use the drawing. Sandra came for the first meeting, but she was not the one who we worked with for the drawing.

I eventually hired Sandra May 2017 to draw plans for a loft addition. She was timely, professional and worked to meet my needs. She offered advice beyond the scope of her work that helped me. She was appraocahable and was able to relay information in terms that I, as a layman, understood. I would definitely recommend her!
