I hired Ameri-Con to re-roof my shingle roof . I can honestly say it was a good experience. The quote was fair, I didn't have any major headaches from the process, inspections were passed. And if there were any changes I requested, the owner was flexible to work with. My roof is newly installed with only one rainfall since. So I haven't seen any leaks or issues at the moment to date. After receiving a few quotes to install a new travertine patio and screen enclosure, we decided to hire Richie and his team from Ameri-con Construction. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a better price than any other contractor. He made a few suggestions based on what we wanted, and we could not be happier with the choices. This company does it all weather you need a major renovation or big up grades or a PVC fence and even a new roof. They are experienced in all categories and licensed with years of experience. We did our homework, extensively! Multiple estimates from big and small companies that were either much more expensive or close with cheaper material. You Will not go wrong with Ameri-Con. As picky as I am, the job they did was outstanding. My wife and I are very impressed with the end result. Both David (owner) and Richie (partner/foreman) were a delight to communicate with. Richie was very detailed and absolutely knew his trade. Of all the salespeople we encountered, Richie was the most impressive with his knowledge of the product. Although we had spoken to David over the phone first, our first meeting was with Richie. Richie SOLD the job! He shared his knowledge of the product and was very detail oriented taking into account our needs and any positive recommendations he could see. We ended up saving money on the project with a better product installed. Do not waste your time and money with others. Give Ameri-Con an opportunity and they will not fail. Our new pool deck is perfect!

They did a beautiful job on replacing my roof and repairing/replacing wood . They also found leeks around shutters and windows then, repaired them also. I had another company two years before that took my money and did not fix the problems. I feel they went above and beyond what they had promised and I feel very secure with my new roof!

Very professional. I had pictures of the whole project from start to finish. When completed I received a binder with all the information, including the warranty information. They also did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend them
