Won't deliver, not on time and not very well. Costing hundreds of dollars of loss and financially disastrous delays to be authorized to build. Not real pros. Sounds like there are 2 companies with the same name In Utah and I fell on the bad one.

I would not recommend using this company. They never completed our architectural plans and our project was delayed for several months. For months they said they were having issues with the architect. We never were able to get our building permit and our build was a disaster. We asked for a refund so we could use the money with another company after weeks and weeks of waiting. They stopped responding to our messages after the request. We eventually had to file a charge back with the credit card company. It was then that they reached out but we had already moved on to a different company. Horrible Company!!!!

Do not use this company. Check the better business bureau reviews. I didn?t and I wish I did. They took the money, saying what they would do. Then said we made a mistake it was going to cost twice the amount for what you really need and was promised. The primal plans they gave us were usable with ridiculous errors. When we finally got our plans the season had passed and now we have been delayed which cost money to change contractors etc. they also didn?t pay the engineer which was to create the building plan with codes and building specs which delayed use even more. I had to threaten legal action to get my plans. A waste of time and money. Go somewhere else like market place and buy a building design program and find you own engineer. You?ll save time and money.

Very fast to quote, and bill you. but late to deliver. After paying for expedited delivery they delivered a faulty dwg three days late, but blame it on me correcting their mistakes (which they call revisions). When I ask for a refund of the expedited fee, they claimed three days later was normal and only refunded a partial of the fee.

The finished product was very good. I gave it three stars because I gave them half down and the person that was in charge of the project left the company and I had to call him several times and it ended up taking two extra months and put my entire project behind schedule.

Hired them 9/6/2025. They sent out a third party to measure the home. That third party never provided Evolution the measurements. Evolution sent out another third party and they measured the house at something like 2,400 sq ft. We were provided a draft of the house and almost all the measurements were off. We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!

?Evolution Drafting has been very difficult to work with. I have been passed from employee to employee, with unreturned calls and missed appointments. I am still waiting on a meeting to review the changes we want, yet I keep getting emails with their own concept of our project instead of a proper Teams or Google meeting. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.?
I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them.
I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.?

I had an addition I wanted for our home. We were required to have a survey and an engineer drawing to apply for the permit. I had a list of 10-15 local engineering companies given to me by the permitting office. Very few would return my call. several the rest said they only do commercial or that this was too small of a job and would cost more. It was taking months and I was frustrated and decided to try Angie’s. I am so pleased. I had a response that very day I inquired for the job. It was clear what was needed from me. Great communication and answered questions to help me get them what they needed. The project from start to finish was drafted within 3 weeks. It could have been done sooner but I was traveling and not able to check emails. Once I told them to text me to alert me of an email they did that. I would highly recommend them.
