    After 20 years of living in FL and dealing with many A/C companies, Don’t swear it Air & Heat is probably the only one I would recommend. Always responsive and work hard to solve whatever issue I’m having. At this point they have completely replaced my 2 A/C units, replaced all attic’s ducts, improved attic’s isolation, reinstalled thermostats, performed maintenance services as well as repairs under warranty. Some services are not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. You get what you pay for, and they deliver top quality service at reasonable price. Todays service was completely under warranty, $0 out of pocket and same excellent service

Yes, I did find one locally in Indian River County - I physically walked in to their physical location -JL Midas Breathe Kleen Aire and I had work done at my home & yes I recommend them. -These professionals came out and hooked us up with a UV sanitizer and premium cleaning service that we initially weren’t going to do, but seeing the condition of the forced air unit, we deemed it a good investment. There was no pressure on the upgrade, and they were polite and courteous

    Durham & Sons put in my last HVAC system over 12 ears ago and I've had a service contract with them. Recently a $2000 part went and I verified that replacing it was not a good investment given the system's age. They took the time to explain options in detail. As luck would have it, the pandemic and factory issues made finding the desired replacement units a real challenge. But these guys really stepped up to the challenge. Besides temporarily installing 4 window units to hold us over, they were creative and persistent and found what was needed. Their crew did impeccable work taking out the old system and replacing it, really going above & beyond. This is a family owned company with high standards and they can be trusted to steer you right and be 100% professional

    A different Tech named Doug came out 2 days later because I called worried about it leaking again. Doug was very nice and Professional and fixed a small hole that needed repaired. He arrived earlier than the time span they gave me. He explained that due to the hot weather, there was a lot of condensation that was on outside of A/C which causes system to drip. He was finished and done in a timely manner and was very friendly with conversation while here. THANK YOU DOUG for your services. I will write a separate Review for the first Tech that came out that was very Kind and professional also

    I could not be more pleased with Family Air! They explained to me the difference between the regular rates and the after hours rates upfront. As a woman who has been taken advantage of by contractors in the past, it’s very refreshing to have someone service my home with integrity but also quality work. I’m not sure why they don’t have more reviews on this platform but I would use them again. In fact, I locked into a service agreement to make sure my AC or Heating is ok before I have the problems of the unexpected break

    I had Service Star come out to service my AC, and they recommended I get a new unit. I agreed, but told them my maximum price for the job. They agreed to do the job for that price. Everything went well until I was notified AFTER they installed the AC that I need new breakers. While I understand they are not certified electricians and cannot do electrical work, the honest way to approach this would have been to tell me ahead of time that I would need to spend a couple hundred more dollars to have an electrician change my breakers. Unfortunately, I believe the technician withheld that information to get a sale, because he knew if he told me more work needed to be done I wouldn't have been able to afford the job. Now I am stuck with an AC unit which I cannot afford to get the correct breakers for, and they have been unwilling to help me in any way. Just very disappointing since I've used them before to service my unit and paid a lot of money to have them upgrade my AC, only to be treated like this. I recommend anyone reading this find another company that has more upfront and honest pricing. I have attempted to speak with supervisors but nobody ever calls me and the only thing that happens is the tech sends me a text saying he can't do anything about it. Very disappointed, and hopefully the owner or someone reads this and trains the staff to prevent this from occurring to future customers

    This Company is utilized by our landlord's property management company, Pathlight Property Management, so we had no choice in hiring them. Fuss Free AC has made three separate trips now in the last two weeks to address our Range/Oven issue. Our Range stopped working on May 28th and a service call was made at that ime. The first trip out, they identified the issue being the breaker for the Range, as it could not hold the amps of the Range when using multiple burners and the oven. Instead of going to get the necessary breaker, they advised me they would have to return at a later date to fix the breaker. On their second trip out, the tech arrived and took the broken breaker to Home Depot to get a replacement. When the tech returned, he advised us that Home Depot does not have the part and it is not available due to the factory being closed for COVID-19 reason and we would be contacted once the part is available so they could complete the service order. We received a call shortly thereafter to schedule the third visit. Well, they arrived today for their third visit, and without the necessary part to fix the problem. Instead, the technician (again) took the broken breaker back to Home Depot to get a replacement. Technician returned over an hour and half later WITHOUT the part AGAIN. Home Depot is a 22 minute round trip, so he must've taken lunch in the process. I advised the technician this was their third visit without resolving the issue. Technician blamed the office for him not having the necessary part when I inquired why they didn't ensure the part was in stock prior to coming out this third time. Their motto is "We pride ourselves on good quality craftsmanship and clean and organized procedures while we go about diagnosis, repair and replacement." This is NOT at all close to the truth. Their is no organized procedure whatsoever. Their techs have all had poor communication skills and do not at all seem qualified to handle this type of job. I will be informing our Management Company and the landlord directly, in the event this Company is trying to charge for unnecessary service calls due to their lack of planning and execution. I will make it my mission to ensure Fuss Free AC will be forbidden to (under)perform any repairs at this Property moving forward
