"You had problems with clogged water coil. I just tried to make it work anyway. that water heat pump should have been replaced with water to air ! I gave it my best shot and that was a year ago, had not heard from you , so I assumed it was working ok, why did you not call me, I would have came to Mims to offer my assistance and you know that ! sorry it did not work out"

Went alright. It was cold so couldn't ensure proper temp differential on system.
Additionally, the fan motor ended up going a few months after service (Late May), so I had to call them to come out and fix that. They did, at a reasonable price (slightly discounted due to the fact that I purchased this deal), and the next business day, but it was a bit inconvenient coming home to a 85+ degree house one night.
Overall, I would call them again to fix any issues with my current HVAC System, but I'm going to shop around when I look to replace the entire system.
Their service hours work much better for people who work.
