"We purchased an Angie's Big Deal to have our air ducts cleaned.  The serviceman arrived as scheduled, but almost immediately tried to sell us additional services.  It was a substantial amount of money (over $500) and we said no.  He seemed a little unfriendly after that, but went ahead and did the service we had requested.  However, when he was done, he left without even saying goodbye or letting us know he had completed the work, which I thought was very rude.
