Colman Air came to our home for an emergency service call. We had just returned from vacation to find the upstairs air handler had leaked all over our second-floor air handler closet, hallway, and bedroom and seeped through the floor to the first floor's ceiling. Colman diagnosed the problem and said it was due to low refrigerant likely caused by a leak. However, the tech said that a leak test would be a waste of money as it is likely coming from the evaporator coil. He also said our compressor was shot because the low refrigerant had strained it. We questioned the tech (who is also a manager for the company) about why this problem occurred seeing that we had our unit serviced on a bi-annual basis. He stated that on the last service call (end of March 2024), the tech wrote in her report that the refrigerant was low and she recommended a leak test. This was never told to us. She reported everything was good with the unit. In fact, on every service visit, the only issue we were told about was that they recommended a UV Light. Also, the tech/manager who came out to our house for the emergency service call, stated our unit was missing a pan (to collect the water should this happen) and was installed "poorly". This is news to us as we have been paying them to upkeep our unit. Why was this never mentioned before? They are trying to avoid responsibility because they did not tell us there was a problem. They said we should have read the report. Nothing was given to us at the time of service, and we only received verbal confirmation that our unit was "good". The tech/manager promised a phone call to try to resolve this and said Friday's visit would be no charge as a way to try to make things right. When my husband called them after not hearing anything, they said he owed $600 for the service call. We filed a BBB complaint and they said they called us multiple times to resolve the issue which was a straight-up lie. Stay clear of this company.

I have a lot of properties, rentals. Both commercial and single family homes. I use them a lot. I trust them so much that before if they were replacing a unit or something then they will send me a proposal. We do it that way but they will go out and if it is not something really major, I just let them take it and they will send me the bill. I have used them for years. They have serviced a lot of mine, you know in Florida we use a lot of A/C. So, you need a good dependable, honest A/C person. They are excellent. I refer them to all my friends. The punctuality I can't rate because I am not there. They coordinate it with my tenants. They deal with the tenants so the communication is with them.

Had a problem with our 2yr old unit (installed by our builder). We knew what the issue was and what needed to be replaced and that the part was under warranty. Contacted another local business that was listed by the manufacturer and they wanted to come out for a fee to confirm problem and then return on another date and charge another fee to install. Frustrated, we called Colman knowing their impeccable reputation. They were at our house in about an hour from the time we called, part in hand, replaced the problem part that was under warranty and had our air back up and running in less than 30 mins. And for about half the price of what the other company quoted over the phone. Couldn't be more pleased! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We discovered our central air condition unit was not working on a Saturday Night.  We contacted Coleman Heating & Air Services, Inc., who are who we use as our ac/heating company for our seasonal check ups.  We were promptly called back and told what to do until they arrived.  Our service repair man showed up promptly, even though it was after 10:00 P.M.  He was professional, prompt in repairing our unit and was pleasant about the whole situation.  We were so happy in getting this taken care of in such a timely manner!

On schedule, fair price, responsive after sale for system adjustment.

The technicians were on time, worked hard and cleaned up their mess. The installation required some duct modification which was done in a professional manner.

Our old air and heat unit was on it's last legs and needed to be replaced. I called Coleman Air and Heat and told them the size of the unit that I needed. They gave me a price and I gave them the OK to install the new air conditioner. This whole process took 3 days from my phone call to the finished job.

I highly recommend them. They are honest and explain everything to us. They are always up front. I have never had a problem with them as far as their professionalism. They come and do what they are supposed to do and leave.

They did a good job. Anytime we had a problem or anything new they have been right out. They did a nice job. They are very personable and down to earth. We have dogs and I have told them not to ring the doorbell and they remember. They knock all the dirt off their feet. They are nice guys.They are fair prices and they are not cheaper but they definitely not the most expensive. They ask you of someone else price. They came right out every time we had a little problem. They dress in jeans and they don't wear a uniform and that might offend somebody but it doesn't bother me. To me it is appropriate so I think they need to say we do not wear uniforms and they do wear name tags most of the time. If not ask them their names and they will tell you. We have a contract with them.

THEY ARRIVED AT OUR HOME ON THE DESIGNATED DAY OF INSTALLATION. THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. ALTHOUGH THEY COULD NOT PERFORM ALL OF THE ESTIMATED INSTALLATION(A NEW INTAKE VENT) WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
