"With all due respect Kelly and Rene, I will start from the beginning of the project. On August 6, 2025 we came out, per your request, to inspect the attic, specifically the one room in your house that was not cooling properly. The technician gave you an estimate to replace a seven (7) inch duct line in that front room, that was in poor condition, hang two ducts that were touching the front room duct, blow in R-30 fiberglass insulation in the 11x14 room, and a preventative maintenance on your AC system. You called our office to schedule to have the work done on August 13, 2025 between 9-10 a.m. We performed the AC tune up, listing everything we found with your system, including the fact that your AC system is undersized for your square footage. (Will gladly provide documentation for anyone who would like to see any paperwork). The seven (7) inch duct was installed in the front room, hung and sealed, two ducts were hung and the can in the room was sealed. Insulation was blown in (R-30 value). On the workorder at the top, it was stated that this is not going to guarantee any major differences in cooling due to the old, unbalanced ducts in poor condition and the AC system being undersized. You were told the duct system needs replaced and a larger AC system installed. Also, we don't always put "work not guaranteed". Would you like to see many of our other workorders? You need a new duct system, that you don't want to replace. It was also noted on the work order that the mastic seals can only be warrantied if the unit is left off for 48 hours to allow seals to dry properly. You then called in 24 hours saying there is no difference. The paperwork was signed by you acknowledging all of this. We set up a day to come take a look, on August 28, 2025 and the customer was not home at the agreed time. We made another trip to them on August 29, 2025. Again you were told that our work was completed as we said, and we told you we could not guarantee this would fix the problem on the paperwork and you signed agreeing. Then while we were there, you had us give you a quote for the ductwork replacement and AC unit, all while you were typing on your phone this review, which is one of your many reviews you do on Google for many different companies rating them one star. I have any paperwork that anyone reading your review is welcome to see. We completed our work, and made sure you were well aware we could not guarantee this would fix the problem. As a matter of fact, when the tech was trying to explain it to you, you cut her off, saying you weren't doing anything with the entire duct system or AC unit. We have all of our before and after photos for anyone who would like to see our work done and our signed paperwork that you agreed it was completed properly. "
"We're sorry that you feel that way about our pricing. A couple of things I do want to point out about the service we performed. We did not do an actual air duct cleaning at your home. You hired us to clean your dryer vent only. Due to the fact that your dryer exhaust is located on the rooftop of your two story home, you were charged for the 2 story dryer vent cleaning rate. We gave our pricing during our initial phone conversation, so there were not any hidden fees. Thank you for your review Thomas and Joy."
"Thank you very much David. We certainly appreciate you as our customer. We are always a phone call away for all of your AC, insulation and handyman needs."
