Thomas arrived on time for an initial inspection of our system. He listened to my concerns about our AC system and suggested several options for us to choose from. We agreed on a solution to our complaint. He showed up on time to implement the fix. He installed the components for the fix we agreed on. He cleaned up the work site after he completed his work. He explained what to expect from the fix and answered all the questions I had. He was very congenial at all times. He is my new AC expert.

The service was done quickly and professionally. He didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and told me that with regular maintenance the machine should keep working for years to come. One negative point was that a replacement part was, to my thinking, overpriced. A motor starter capacitor costs less than $20 from a parts supplier but he charged me $130. I don’t begrudge a markup of two or even three times cost but six times seems excessive. Maybe that’s industry standard, I don’t know.

Xpert Air Solutions was great prompt call back, came the next day on time and ready to go was friendly, and went through the a/xc unit found the problem qu8ckly and replaced a part and then went through the rest to make sure there wasnt anything else causing a problem. Tom was here maybe an hour but made sure it was working properly and cold enough before leaving. The cost was cheaper than most but the best service/work I have come acrossed. Thank You

It was a Sunday. I understand most businesses are not open on Sunday. The owner called me back within 5 minutes. He showed up at the job site within 1 hour. The job was fixed within 2 hours. But, he charged me twice what most other companies would have charged for the service. He did quote the job before starting. But I needed to get the job done.

Thomas is the most experienced and knowledgeable AC repairman to ever work on our equipment. (commercial roof system) He took the time to explain the parts to be replaced and provided photos of both the old and new parts before and after replacement. High humidity problem. System was not set correctly when installed around 3,5 years ago. Have had Florida Breeze out for maintenance and they have added refrigerant twice which has cost me around $1,300. This diagnostic visit was to find and repair the system errors. Tech to return in. Few weeks at no chg to make sure it is working properly after the changes.

Honest, trustworthy, punctual the first businessman; I have found that "is" in Brevard County. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a/c service. I posted on West "by God" Melbourne. That he came on a Saturday after a business was scheduled on Friday but never showed or called. And did not gouge me even though he could have. Most would have in this area.
