"I spoke to Rafael the owner on the day after Christmas as my HVAC system would cool but when we switch to heat it would kick the circuit breaker. Rafael wanted to come that day but I wanted the next day, the technicians were on time wire their mask. Found the problem was the thermostat then a problem in the circuit breaker box. The price was great that I hired them right away without getting another company to come over. They fixed the problem so far I am happy the only issue was communicating with the technicians but living in South Florida you get used to that, but their kindness and professionalism made up. They performed a comprehensive diagnostic of the AC instead of just scanning the unit with a leak detection gadget for 20 seconds and stating "I don't get commission for this but you need to consider purchasing a new AC."
