    I called Total Home Roofing for a free estimate on my roof. I had an 11:00 appointment with Mike Hawkins. He actually called me ahead of time and was able to see me earlier. He was very professional and informative, not at all a pushy salesman. He called back 2 days later to see if we had any questions or concerns after having time to look and compare quotes. We were really impressed with him and Total Home Roofing. The crew did a great job putting the roof in and we are extremely happy with the roof. I highly recommend Mike Hawkins and Total Home Roofing

    I had Mike Hawkins from Total Home Roofing come out to give me a free estimate on a reroof. He showed up 5 minutes early and was very friendly and professional. He was not pushy and answered all my questions. He followed up 2 days later as he said he would and I decided to go with him and Total Home Roofing. They kept me informed during the 5 weeks process of getting the permits and materials in. The crew did a great job taking the old roof off and installing the nee roof.     To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo

    Mother Nature wasn't cooperating, forcing a few delays in scheduling. When the schedule was established, RenewPro stuck to it. The materials were delivered a few days prior to commencement, and on the day of commencement the crew showed up on time. They immediately began working, and they continued working until approximately 7PM -- they arrived at approximately 8AM. After inspection, the crew returned to install the tiles, and that, too, went without a hitch. Again, the crew arrived on time, and again they continued working unitl almost 8PM. There was absolutely no debris remaining, and all materials were removed, including the trailer, the day after they finished

    We had the pleasure of meeting Travis Janke in September, 2020. He gave us an estimate of what it would cost to replace the roof on our home. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one of them. We were so pleased with him that we called him back weeks later, and signed the contract for the job to be done. In fact, we signed an additional contract for a roof to be done on another piece of personal property! At the completion of both jobs, Travis Janke called to make sure all was well and that we were satisfied with the roofs. Communication was important and we were very pleased to have received continual contact. We had excellent service through Total Home Roofing. Their workers put in long hours and the cleanup was free from debris. The final products exceeded our expectations!     PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home
