Yes,also explained that the vinyl flap I had for my cat door was letting heat in and releasing cool air from inside my house. I corrected the situation and appreciated this was brought brought to my attention.

Jason was very nice he diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the part for me. He was quick and efficient and had my AC working in less than a half hour total. Price was less than I thought it would be, thank goodness for credit cards.
