My husband and his sister are experiencing health issues and we decided to sell our current home and relocate further north so our families could be closer. Fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night several times, the security alarm also went off several times and NEVER received a call to check on our safety. Many of our neighbors have experienced the same issues, but unfortunately for them, they are still tied to the contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR FAMILY ON THIS COMPANY. Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month? Another Company with an ounce of decency would’ve let you out of the contract after it expired without having to partial pay month after contract had already expired, particularly when they never reached out to check on your family when alarms went off. Sent email to Sharen Overstreet, still no acknowledgement or response of my request to cancel the contract."

"This company is only in the business of deception & are currently being investigated by DBPR. Do your homework before you hire Hollibaugh Construction. They will sweet talk you and make all sorts of promises - but in the end you will end up out of money, owing subcontractors that they never paid, and with terrible workmanship. I know because we hired them. They were never present on the jobsite. We had to finish paying for supplies and contractors to get our pool finished, only to find out that there were many, many subcontractors that they had not paid from the very beginning of our project all the way through to the end. Our project cost us $6,000 over contract and we will have to pay additional money to remedy the terrible workmanship and deficiencies. Upon learning of Hollibaugh's failure to pay the subs, I started researching other jobs they have been hired to do and learned that they have walked out on at least 5 other homeowners, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from them and not performing the work. Run In the opposite direction from Hollibaugh Construction - they are thieves!"
