"Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. On small jobs we do most of the building ourselves (we have two to three additional employees) and we use sub-contractors for our major site work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. On large projects we also sub-contract carpentry, masonry and concrete work. My sons and I act as project managers and superintendents on the larger projects and perform a good portion of the custom details ourselves. Most estimates are free.
