Since the early 1970’s The Eslinger and Maglich homebuilding companies have delivered homes to meet and exceed the lifestyles of their clients. It was our Father’s visions to build comfortably sizes homes that were well appointed and nicely detailed. They chose to build homes in communities they would have selected for their own families. Both companies were family owned and operated, now those families have joined together to create E/M Custom Homes, combining the talents of Jeff Eslinger and Rick and Dan Maglich. Each home that bears the E/M Custom Homes name is spilling over with elegance, class and taste. Our commitment to understanding the intimate and individual needs of every client is the key to our success. We understand that it is simply impossible to build a custom home without first considering the customer. We design well built, fairly priced homes and we provide service before, during and most importantly after the sale. Our aim is to give you a price that you will be happy with, and to have no surprises at the end. There will inevitably be some changes that you will require during the course of construction. That is particularly where our personal touch helps you save money. We can make the changes quickly in-house and keep things moving forward smoothly. It couldn't have gone better from my first meeting to receiving the keys to my new home. I know this is just a cliché but my wife and I felt like family from day one, at least that's how we were treated. Every question we had was treated with importance and we had many questions. From all the little things we wanted to the big things like our pool and spa design, we felt we were listened to and they got it right. We worked with Jeff Eslinger and was very impressed by his honesty, straightforwardness, kindness, and understanding. Everything went as planned on time and of the highest quality just as he promised. Thank You, Jeff and E-M Custom Homes for bringing us paradise in paradise!
