Waterford is building our home now. I am sure I will have even better things to say once the house is finished.

After we selected the final plan, Toliver said that he'd like to say he can do it in 6 weeks, but it will probably take 7 weeks with a few final items completed in the 8th.  He laid out the demolition, framing, measuring, ordering custom cabinets and granite counter tops, installation, all new appliances, and final work including 1,000 sq ft of new woodfloors.  It happened almost exactly as he described.  We always knew what was going to happen each week.  He would stop by with a plan of each week's work and update us if anything needed to be changed.  We never felt like we didn't know exactly what was going on.  We probably could have gotten it done for a little less money, but this is one time when "you get what you pay for" is dead on.  I can't imagine working with a more professional and honest builder.  When I remodel my pool area next year I'll call Toliver.  I know the work will be professional and I know I won't lose a minute of sleep wondering how the project will turnout.
