Very professional with excellent explanations prior to the start of the renovation and a detailed timetable given prior to work commencement. The timetable was strictly adhered to. Each step of the renovation was done correctly. The initial consultation information and proposed contract is exactly what happened. I am extremely pleased with the final result.

I wanted a bathroom created in an area of my home that was not plumbed for water or sewer. AAA did such a nice job creating my bathroom that I asked them to remodel my kitchen several years later. The kitchen remodel included knocking out a concrete block wall. AAA employees and subcontractors are stable; it was pretty much the same group for each project. Joe, the owner, provided just the right amount of supervision and he stood behind the work completed by his company. I had a very modest home and AAA treated me just as well as I imagine they treat their high-end customers. One of my regrets about moving out of Florida is that I will not get to do another job with AAA.

Most recently the did some outdoor repair from prior water damage. The bath and closet were done last year. They are a great team. The employees are always professional, reliable, honest and easy to work with. The final project is always beautiful!

AAA renovated the entire condominium, which included the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. They were very easy to work with, punctual, and professional. Highly recommend!

We had an unfortunate accident when a car drove into my garage door, through the garage wall and then into the laundry room wall which did significant damage to my home. After the accident we started contacting contractors in the area and we got all kinds of different responses such as , they won't even consider to giving an estimate if insurance companies are involved and if I ask for an estimate I need to sign a guarantee that I will go with the company for the project or they are entitle to charge me a fee just for the estimate. Once I talked to AAA Services Jim put me an ease that they could handle the work and provide an estimate with no strings. The estimate they provided came very close to the estimate from the insurance company so we decided to go with them. The work took about a month and they explained day by day who was coming out, what work was being done and how long it would take which was very much appreciated. After the work was completed the garage, laundry room and Den counter top has never looked better. Thanks to Jim, Allie, Joe and everyone at AAA Services and their sub contractors for getting our home back in working order with minimal disruptions. Scope of work. - Replaced the garage door. - Removed all the debris from the accident. - Rebuilt the wall frames, added new dry wall, textured and painted. - Rebuilt cabinets. - Replaced crack granite counter top. - Replaced the flooring.

As planned. The team at AAA managed our project from start to finish and did quality work. They made adjustments as they went to ensure the work was done right.

Everything that AAA Services did was done to perfection. I thought I would save money by ordering the cabinets and counter-tops myself through Home Depot but ran into numerous issues from receiving wrong cabinets, order shipped to wrong address, materials damaged in shipment, rude, unprofessional and uncaring Home Depot staff/management. Through it all Jim and his crew worked with me and around the delays caused by Home Depot. My next remodel I will just have AAA Services do all the work and enjoy a stress free remodel. I also liked that Joe, Jim and crew offered several suggestions during the remodel that really turned out well and added a more upscale look to my remodel. I give my highest recommendation to AAA Services of Central Florida.

Major work accomplishment included: concrete removal to expose under-floor plumbing; concrete pouring; installation of new plumbing and electrical circuits; installation of new bathroom fixtures; construction of new walls; a new door; and interior stucco application. The work was done under permit. All seven (7) required city inspections passed without an issue, indicating that the craftsmen, who worked on the project, were knowledgeable of applicable building codes. The project turned out very well, and it has provided a significant enhancement to my home. A miscommunication issue with the painting subcontractor was resolved quickly by the project manager. The project cost was on the higher end of the scale (based on other bids), hence the grade of “B” for pricing. I would hire AAA Services of Central Florida Inc again. I trust them. They do good work and stand behind what they do. I recommend them without reservation.

The owner, Joe Logar, sent a wonderful carpenter out to fix it. He arrived promptly, fixed and even improved the old pull-out-and-turn shelving. Marcin (sp) was pleasant and professional. He worked quickly and did an exceptional job. No charge. Our experience with AAA Services has always been great. They do wonderful work and stand by it, even after 12 years! We couldn’t be happier with a company, and highly recommend them.

We had a very tight timeline and Joe and his team worked miracles to get the job done on time! Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them .

We were very pleased with our experience with AAA. Everything was laid out in detail in the contract and we understood any & all changes to the cost, based on our approved changes. All subcontractor's performed quality work. AAA met the timeline promised. Any problems/issues were IMMEDIATELY addressed as soon as we reported them to Joe Logar. I would recommend AAA for any similar work.

Joe and Jim and all of the crews were on time, worked hard and completed the job as scheduled. I appreciate honesty and quality and AAA delivers on both! If we need remodeling in the future I will definitely have any job completed by AAA Services.

We have enjoyed working with Joe Logar at AAA Services of Central Fl. He has met our customers needs with pricing, time frames and professionalism. We have added him to our preferred builder list and plan to continue to refer him.

I needed an exterior door installed which also required installing the exterior light and concrete steps. The entire project went better than expected. All trades were punctual and professional. Joe was a pleasure to work with and was always responsive. The quality of work was worth every penny and I would definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT! Joe Logar from AAA and all his sub contractors did super job for us. Joe was very helpful to us making the right decor selections and along with his office assistant Connie Stein were exteremely helpful through the entire process. Great attention to details with extreme professionalism from all the sub contractors.

They sub-contracted various items out and for the new part. The sub-contractors were very good. Joe Logan (owner repair) was good to work with. Would surely recommend him and have done so already.

All work was performed timely and efficiently.

Overall experience was good. The most frustrating part was dealing with the City of Oldsmar for inspections. They would not give a specific time frame on the day they would show up. Their responsiveness was not easy to deal with. Tile personnel was always on time and their overall work was pretty amazing. Plumbers were always punctual and their work was very professional. Painter was on time and was happy with the end result. I did think the job was going to be done sooner than anticipated.

We are very pleased once again, with the work performed under the supervision of AAA Services. They coordinated all facets of the work from scheduling subcontractors to inspectors, to keep the project moving along. They were always accessible and answered any questions/concerns we had. All workers took great pride in their work, and it showed in the final product. We highly recommend this company for any remodeling projects.

perfect. As per usual AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc was prompt, courteous, did a great job, and always a pleasure to deal with. We use them for all our drywall repairs since the Association is responsible for drywall in all 328 units.

The lady the contact at the office is really nice and very knowledgeable.

They came they got the job done, they cleaned up afterwards and it looked good and I could hang my blind again and actually they hung my blind for me and the lights was nice and they did what I had hoped they would do. They didn't mess around, they got in and out and that was it..
