Anjali is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. My husband and his sister are experiencing health issues and we decided to sell our current home and relocate further north so our families could be closer. We were very cautious as we did not know any realtors in our area. After one online contact, she continued to follow up with emails showing us homes that had sold in our area and pricing trends. There was absolutely no pressure. When we felt the time was right, we called her and set up an appointment. We were very nervous about listing our home as we had not found a home we wanted to purchase yet. She assured us that there are many ways to work around this and it would not be an issue. She not only assisted our family from out of state in purchasing a new home in Florida, but also sold our previous home in 3 days at $40K over the listing price! We were able to use a lease back option which allowed us more time to find a new home. She then helped us purchase our home located within minutes of our family’s home. The purchase price was close to $30K less than the original listing price! Anjali is professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented and responsive to your needs. She is a terrific negotiator and always has your best interests in mind. At the same time, she is so easy to talk to and has a such positive and caring attitude – not to mention a wonderful sense of humor. She truly makes you feel like you are family! She stays on top of all the details and is very quick to respond so you can concentrate on packing and planning the logistics of your move. We cannot say enough about how great she is and highly recommend her to anyone needing professional real estate assistance.

Excellent !!! She was proactive in finding the houses according to our taste. Meticulous in arranging visits, and patient in showing the places. Any issues that came up during house inspection was handled very well and brought to closure Very ethical in her dealings, process driven, approachable and responds to texts and emails very quickly. She even followed up on the house we liked during her vacation even though she was in a different time zone, which ensured no delays in closing. Very Professional. Highly recommend.

Wow, words truly can’t express how good of an agent that Anjali is! Both my wife and I had small pockets of time on the days that we could meet and she was always on time for both of us. She was patient, thoughtful, hospitable and when it came time for the close—very tactical. She worked seamlessly with our mortgage broker and the sellers agent to ensure the best deal for us.
