My experience with Alimay Home Builders was beyond what I expected for this type of work. John Ferren, Alimay's owner, seamlessly coordinated the work of three contractors including framer, roofer and gutter installer. I could not have been happier with both the quality of their work and the personal demeanor of all the craftsmen involved. They were always courteous and quick to accommodate my scheduling needs during their work. When completed, the work area was cleaned up and all debris removed. Also, I was quite satisfied with the cost. I definitely would employ Mr. Ferren's services in the future.

In 2012 I purchased an Alimay Builders home in Fishhawk Trails, near Brandon Florida. The home was originally built in 2006. Every feature of this house still looks and works perfectly. It's a gorgeous home, and Alimay's attention to detail is wonderful.
