    Your Castle Home Inspections, a father-son team, did a wind mitigation inspection for me when I replaced the roof of my house. I found them to be personable, professional, punctual & thorough. Within a couple of days of the inspection, I received a complete report (including detailed, supporting pictures) of the findings. I was so impressed with this company that I hired them again when I found I needed a “4 Point Inspection” for my homeowner’s insurance. My appointment was scheduled within days, & I was kept apprised of their arrival which turned out to be earlier than scheduled. Both Doug & Seth came & performed the same quality of inspection that I had had previously. Both men were knowledgeable & professional & were obviously committed to what they do. I would definitely hire Your Castle Home Inspections again should the need arise & highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of home inspection

He thoroughly explained their whole process, was punctual with being on time for the original estimate, followed up with us up to signing the deal, and continued to follow up after the job was done. The craftsmanship by the roofers, themselves, was impeccable. Showing up so early the day of the re-roof and somehow managing to finish it in ONE DAY was remarkable. Cannot recommend Shingle Masters enough. Surpassed all of our expectations!

    We recently were getting ready to start a renovation project when we realized we needed design plans to submit for permits. At which time we contacted "Daniel M Ossman Drafting Service Inc". We had used Mr. Ossman's services once before and we're very happy with the results. Upon speaking with Daniel, and he felt our sense of urgency he quickly made himself available to us and visited our job site. He then took measurements discussed what our plans and needs were and also made some suggestions. I'm very short time I received a call back from Daniel as he completed the Plans including arranging for the engineering the stamp and it's not ready to review them with us. Once again he made himself available and delivered the plans to us. They were all that we needed and more and our renovation was back on track. We would highly recommend Daniel Ossman Drafting Service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and as far as price very reasonable. It was definitely a five star experience

Brothers, Monte Jr. and Paul, are highly collaborative and have great vision. The demo crew, which included Monte Sr, was fast and efficient.     We hired Dave and his crew to remodel our 35-year-old 1800 sq. ft. Condo. Literally, they made this place look like it was just built. They were professional and knowledgeable. We were living in Franklin, TN, so Dave had to handle all of the little details. When we moved in we felt like we were on TV, I was waiting for someone to say "move that bus". Dave designed the new kitchen lighting, installed the new cabinets, countertops backsplash, all of the plumbing fixtures, and flooring. Removed popcorn ceiling. We also remodeled both bathrooms and closets. added Tiled the patio with cabinets and a granite counter. You will not find anyone that is more focused on detail

    Everything went very well with all the structural construction, the counters and cabinets, and new floors. We love the attention to the cabinet design, counters, bathroom fixtures, and flooring Todd and Teresa gave us. We really felt like we were driving the decisions and they were making things happen. We were not happy with the electrician hired to rewire our house as he made several promises that were never followed through, wired several outlets incorrectly and did not correct them, and several times missed scheduled appointments.For example, our cooktop range hood installation needed to be installed before to counter and he arrived at the end of the day, told us he could not do it. We had to move everything around. Switched outlets in two rooms were aired wrong, and a bathroom outlet was wired backwards. We were promised a legend for the breaker panel several times, it was never made. Todd and Teresa are very professional but this choice of an electrician was a mistake which left us with bad wiring that was never corrected
