The process which is used to restore and repair water damage from your property is simple, but requires professional equipment to complete the job effectively. In the case of a water leak, first we extract all the water and dry the floors. With the help of modern machinery and drying systems we dry the carpets, paddings and other property in the home. We give equal attention to every job, which results in the property becoming even better than before in most cases. When you hire a water damage restoration expert from Restoration 1, one thing that you can count on is our quality work and performance. You can rest assured that Restoration 1 only uses the best machinery available which only the experts can tackle with ease. Our technicians at Restoration 1 will take time to guide you through the entire process. We will bring your property back to the condition it was before.

"I bought a house in Deerfield Beach, FL in July of 2020, and a sewer scope completed at the time of the home inspection revealed that the cast iron pipes under the house were from the 1960’s and all needed to be replaced. I hired A1 Underground Plumbing in August 2020 to help me with this project, and they completed the project in less than a week, and after they left, it appeared that all toilets were flushing, the shower and the kitchen sink were draining, and the washing machine in the laundry room was functional. I paid them $20K for the job, and was very happy with the completed project……or so I thought. Fast forward to February 2020. We were in the yard and noticed an exposed cast-iron pipe that had lifted above the grass, and appeared to have water running through it. From what we could tell, the lawn company must have run over this pipe with a mower and broke a plastic fitting over the pipe, and this exposed the pipe for us to see the water flowing through it. The only source of this water had to be from the washing machine, because it was the only water running at the time. I immediately contacted A1 Underground Plumbing, and talked to Beau Fuller, and let him know that I thought a pipe got missed when they were replacing all of the pipes back in August. He agreed to come back to the house to take a look at it, but he advised me that he thought a pipe did not get missed and that there must be another explanation. I met Beau at my house on March 8th, and he took a look at the exposed pipe, and the washing machine drain hose, and came to the conclusion that the washing machine drain hose was not draining water into the new PVC pipes installed by A1 Underground Plumbing, but instead, was draining through another pipe that had NOT been replaced, and must have been installed by a previous owner of the home. I didn’t think this would be a problem to get fixed, so I started working with Beau to schedule a repair to get the washing machine hose draining into the proper PVC pipe that was installed by A1 Underground Plumbing. It was at this point that Beau informed me that the cost of this repair would be in the ballpark of $450. I replied to him that I just paid $20K for all of the plumbing pipes to be replaced and to be functional, and I wasn’t interested in paying additional money for repairs that should have been taken care of when all the pipes were replaced. This reply set off an exchange of text messages that completely changed my attitude towards A1 Underground Plumbing and Beau Fuller. He immediately took offense to my reply, and felt that I insulted him for suggesting that I wasn’t interested in paying more money to him. He advised me that there was no way for him to know about the pipe that was “illegally installed,” and that my house had a “rigged connection.” Without any consideration to resolve this problem, he completely justified his work and told me that the “scope of work” was completed, and that “everything I paid for is what I got.” What I know is that I paid $20K, and my expectation was to have all water exiting the house flowing to the sewer. They tested all the toilets, the shower drain, and the kitchen sink, and made sure that these drain lines were all functional and draining properly. Why not test the washing machine drain line?? Instead, Beau Fuller repeatedly told me that testing a washing machine drain hose is outside of his scope of work. He accused me of being a “bad person,” and that I was completely “unreasonable” for requesting him to help correct a problem that he caused. He indicated that I “should have known” my house was rigged. Insulting me, for what I would consider a reasonable request, is a great way to lose me as a customer and to write this review to share my experience. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to use A1 Underground Plumbing, but be prepared that you will NOT be helped if something goes wrong with your plumbing system in the future."

"Dear Erica's Plumbing, I apologize for the delay in writing this review. I wanted to share my experience with Erica's Plumbing regarding the replacement of our cast iron pipes. We chose your company based on a friend's recommendation, and you were the final company we contacted for an estimate. We were immediately impressed with your salesperson and decided to move forward with the project. While we were initially told the job would be done quickly, we NOW understand that cast iron pipe replacement is a significant undertaking. There were some miscommunications along the way, with different employees providing conflicting information. However, Tiffany and Taylor were both very helpful, especially Taylor who answered all of my many emails. Fred, the Service Manager, also came to our home to address our concerns and explain the process, which we appreciated very much. Ultimately, we are satisfied with the work that Erica's Plumbing performed. Replacing cast iron pipes is not a small job, and it did take some time. However, we believe that the quality of the work was worth the wait. We would recommend Erica's Plumbing for any plumbing needs."

It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. "Tenants in our building got a quote from a plumber to do some work. I called Empire Plumbing to get a second opinion, they had never heard of this process. They came out to access the situation, they used a camera and mapped out our plumbing lines. After diagnosing the issue, they did the work for less than 1/2 what was quoted by the other company. More importantly, they gained my trust in answering the questions and demonstrating clear knowledge rather then trying to "sell" me on something. I highly recommend the team at Empire Plumbing"

FAQs for septic tank service projects in Bay Harbor Islands, FL
The cost to replace a septic tank is $7,350 for the average homeowner. This cost can range, however, from $470 to $22,500, depending on several factors. Your house size is a significant factor in the overall cost, but other things like material type impact the final price tag. For example, installing a new septic tank in a one-bedroom house typically costs $500 to $900, whereas installing a new septic tank in a five or six-bedroom home is generally $1,200 to $1,600.
Yes, most states require septic tank installers to have a license, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed septic tank pro could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
The cost of septic tank repair is $1,775 for the average homeowner. However, depending on a few elements, you might pay as little as $170 or as much as $6,100. Location, repair type, and tank material all determine the final cost. For example, replacing the septic tank filter can be as little as $200 to $300. However, repairing septic lines costs more, averaging around $1,500.
A septic tank can typically last 15 to 20 years on average, though your system's lifespan will vary depending on the type of septic system and the materials used. To help increase your septic tank's lifespan, schedule routine maintenance and do not flush items like cat litter, cigarette butts, or paper towels.
Repairing or replacing a septic tank is a job best left to a professional. Your septic tank is an essential part of your home, and if installed or repaired incorrectly, it could lead to significant problems. Things like polluted water, property damage, and health risks to your family could all happen as a result of an improper septic tank repair or installation.
