Dear Erica's Plumbing, I apologize for the delay in writing this review. I wanted to share my experience with Erica's Plumbing regarding the replacement of our cast iron pipes. We chose your company based on a friend's recommendation, and you were the final company we contacted for an estimate. We were immediately impressed with your salesperson and decided to move forward with the project. While we were initially told the job would be done quickly, we NOW understand that cast iron pipe replacement is a significant undertaking. There were some miscommunications along the way, with different employees providing conflicting information. However, Tiffany and Taylor were both very helpful, especially Taylor who answered all of my many emails. Fred, the Service Manager, also came to our home to address our concerns and explain the process, which we appreciated very much. Ultimately, we are satisfied with the work that Erica's Plumbing performed. Replacing cast iron pipes is not a small job, and it did take some time. However, we believe that the quality of the work was worth the wait. We would recommend Erica's Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

SCAM ARTISTS. LIARS. DO NOT USE!!! My mother is an elderly woman who does not know how to use Google that well. She called this company to check a WINDOW LEAK after it had been raining for 2 days straight (the window is not near a sink; no plumbing involved). She obviously did not realize they were PLUMBERS. They showed up and took her money anyway. They charged her $79.00 for the service call (which I'm not disputing, they drove out, wasted time, etc). But then, they charged her an extra $146.00 to write a "report." See a picture of the "report" attached. The "report" is a line item that took 1 minute to write on an invoice. The guy came, stuck his head out the window, and said, "there's no plumbing in the area." What an unethical, immoral, SAD way to make money. The customer service reps that answer the phone are the only nice people to deal with (Maria, Tiffany). The "manager" (I put this in quotations because this person has NO BUSINESS being in a customer-facing roll or managing others), Fred, did not care, refused to give her a refund, and said that if his own mother would have been treated this way, it would NOT have been ok... but I guess, for MY mom, it's perfectly fine. He wouldn't stop talking over me to defend his position (that blatantly stealing $146 from an old woman is a good way to do business), so at some point, I just hung up. Now just waiting for them to post a useless google review response to try and mitigate their UNETHICAL and IMMORAL behavior. Don't be fooled.

They were very excellent. Nice service, professional, and on-time. They were very good.

We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night at my daughters house. I googled plumbers and started calling the ones that where open in the list. I got to Erica's 5th or 6th, they're the only ones that answered the phone. They talked me through how to shut the water off on the phone. Then Brandon was on site in less than thirty minutes, walked me through everything and had it fixed pretty quickly considering the time. He had a crew come at 8 w/ drying equipment and a couple days later it was like new. They billed the insurance directly, no aggravation. They're Real Good People.

I thought they would be great and they over charged me, didn't locate the problem I was very unhappy with them. I paid over $400 for a plumbing inspection and I had to FIGHT for a copy of the video.

This was the best plumber I have ever used personal and professional as a realtor. They were prompt, came the same day. Provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Will only use this plumber in the future. Truly exceptional!!

He arrived at the time specified and went right to work.  Found one problem due to the faucets I purchased and was able to solve the problem and install all five sinks.   Nick is  very pleasant and does an excellent job.

EXCELLENT!  Technician was very professional and polite.  He not only fixed my issues but provided me with a few options from his observations.  He was great to deal with.  I had a wonderful experience from the time I called their office for service, until after the repairs were completed.  I plan on using them for sure when I need a plumber again.  I've already told my neighbors with how happy I was with them.  It's hard to find a good service company and I am thrilled to say I have!

The company was to our house within the hour after we called them. He went straight to work and didn't waste any time. It was actually as enjoyable of an experience as it could have been given the circumstances.
