"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."

 This is H ___ V____. I have patiently waiting for over a month and a half for Jason to come to fix my tank. I get excuses every week when I call. This is my last attempt and then I am going to complain to the better business bureau and will write a negative review on Angie's list, Facebook and Yelp. Can this please be taken care of??

Last text you will get from me. So i assume that you will not be fixing my septic tank since no one showed up or calls after repeated calls and texts. The tank is under warranty and you have chosen to not honor the warranty. You have had two months to have this fixed. Starting today I will begin to file a complaint with the BBB and also post a negative review on Angie's list. Not to mention share my experience with others. I have recommended your firm to several people over the years. I thought your firm as different. Disappointing
