Excellent Plumbing Company! I highly recommend them after dealing with many other plumbers. Excellent customer service from the first call. Fast, accurate quote with no surprise added charges. Very reliable, responsible, professional and knowledgeable. I later called with a problem with my toilet and they came out the very next day! Hard to find reliable and honest people.

Plumber Mike's did exceptional work for my septic to sewer hookup. Mike beat my best written quote from 3 other licensed plumbers. They even went the extra mile by placing new sod around the area they dug my sewer line & decommissioned my septic tank. From start to finish they were professional, on time, and managed every aspect of the job including pulling and closing my permits. We had zero surprises at the end of the job and I paid exactly what was quoted upfront. I recommended their service to my neighbors and every single one of them has thanked me for connecting them with Plumber Mike's.

Untrustworthy and dishonest. They told me my outside tankless water heater couldn’t be repaired and I would get a top-of-the-line replacement with installation for $3,500. Even for that money, they told me the controller unit was an additional option, although the box clearly stated it was included! After much complaining, they miraculously appeared with one the following day. The unit they put in is a “value” low end model that was for sale (retail) at both Home Depot and the manufacturer through Amazon for $618. They were dishonest about the cost and quality of the actual water heater and totally took advantage of me as a trusting customer. Because all the piping was already there and it only took a couple of hours to do the work, I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of the cost. My request verbally to the owner and through multiple emails have just been ignored. Regarding the quality of the work - they left with holes in the wall and I had to call them back to get them filled. The electrical wiring is shoddy - tie wrapped to a pipe from an open hose - and it may even be unsafe. Judge for yourself from the photos. On top of all this, they disconnected my garage freezer for a power tool and didn’t plug it back in. By the time I noticed, a significant amount of food had already been wasted. This owner has been totally unwilling to explain the gross overcharging and refused to make amends for this or any of the other issues. He has a complete disregard for the fact that I am an extremely unhappy customer. Their website says “Plumber Mike’s was founded on, and continues to take great pride in our goal of 100% customer satisfaction”. That is just a lie. I strongly warn anyone considering using this company to stay away as they are nothing more than dishonest con-artists. I was totally scammed and ripped off. Don’t make that mistake.

I am writing this review because I am so thoroughly impressed with Plumber Mike’s services and the way he treated me during my kitchen renovation project. After hiring a large retailer to complete my project, only to fail me miserably halfway in, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth and a distrust for contractors. Plumber Mike made special arrangements with me to make me feel at ease. He completed every bit of work in the most timely manner and kept me up to date on every step of the process. Plumber Mike came to my house every day during the project to make sure that I had no issues and that the work was being done correctly. His communication was perfect and his attitude was sincere and genuine. Plumber Mike had a crew that worked inside my home for days without supervision and they NEVER crossed my trust. Every single crew member was polite, respectful, and professional. ***Plumber Mike repiped my entire kitchen (brought water lines in under the home instead of through the walls *as I requested, created a pot filler, ice box, dishwasher line, sanitary arm for my bathroom sink, new valves on my bathtub (shared wall with kitchen), completed new PVC sewer lines by replacing old cast iron***. If I EVER have a plumbing need in the future, big or small, I will call him. I have dealt with many contractors over the past few years and I will never call a different plumber. I am more than willing to share my full experience with anyone interested in knowing more. Even after I paid him in full, he continued to assist me and take my calls...... this is the guy you always hope you get when you need a plumber, but rarely (and I mean rarely) find.

It was a bigger job than anticipated. Lonnie was great. He came out the same day we called and got our old water heater working so we could have hot shower. The next day came back to install the new one and encountered secondary leak from another appliance. Went out and bought more supplies, returned and got it all set up the same day. Everything was rusted out, water heater, lines, connections. We were blessed that flooding did not occur before this work was done.

Outstanding Service & Very Personable! Mike was highly recommended by a family member. He & his employees were very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. From the very beginning of the process, Mike was very thorough in detailing out all of the plumbing issues and potential solutions. Mike's, and Claudette's (Office Manager) communication was exceptional - they returned calls, texts, emails promptly (including nights, weekends). Mike and his team were always on the job when scheduled to be, started and completed the work on time and on budget. Mike was very honest in his recommendations and he didn't see any need to repipe the house until a problem occurred. Obviously this meant he left without a sale but I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to make a recommendation that was in the best interest of the customer rather than his wallet. I will definitely hire Plumber Mike's when I need work done in the future.

I spoke to Claudette, who is extremely courteous and efficient, and told her what I needed. She said she would call Byron and have him come to my house as soon as he left the job he was working on. Byron called within an hour and said he was on his way. He arrived promptly, looked at what I needed done, gave me a price and had the job done and cleaned up in 1/2 hour. Byron was very nice and did a great job. I was extremely happy with the service I received and will gladly call them again when I need plumbing work done.

Great, everything was installed correctly. The sink wasn't originally in the quote but once he saw the issue he was able to fix it and give us suggestions on what to do to prevent it from happening again.

I am SO happy Angie's list kept all my reviews; I couldn't remember the name of the plumber originally! I reviewed them the first time, and they were just as great this time around, too. The office staff was fantastic, and thankfully someone was available the same day I called in! Having a family and an unusable kitchen sink is the worst, and this company was fast, fairly priced, and even made the (very smart) suggestion to snake the other line that was up there, too, to prevent a follow-up appointment. Turns out the other line was more clogged than the one I had called about, and I'm SO grateful he said something. We didn't even know a second vent/line was up there on the roof! No one had ever snaked it since we moved in, well over 5 years ago. Needless to say, this plumber is on speed dial for us now.

This is my 2nd review of Plumber Mike's. I've never met Mike, but he's got some super employees. Today Joe and his apprentice installed our new vanity, replaced the toilet and installed shower fixtures. I couldn't have asked for nicer, more conscientious, or more professional people. I would highly recommend Plumber Mike's and especially master plumber Joe for any project.

I spoke with Mike on Saturday late afternoon, he said someone will phone me Monday morning, they did, two fellows came to the house, they were clean, professional, and they knew exactly how to repair the problem... They charged $125 more for the diagnostic work than the next plumber who was consulted. Their estimate was $12,000 more than I paid to have the problem fixed by Lindstrom. I called them recently in reference to a what I thought was a faulty water heater tank they installed but I had purchased myself (but they picked up)since they couldn't get the tank so I woudn't go for days without hot water. They told me I had to work with the Rheem warranty people. Lindstom sent the tank truck who told me it was a slab leak and not the hot water heater but were professional enough to tell me it wasn't Plumber Mike's miss install. it was an expensive mistake on my part. .

"We have checked all invoices for your property and cannot find an estimate for $12,000.00 for leak repair or any other job. We scoped the main sewer line and reported and gave the dvd evidence that showed the condition of the pipes under the house not a leak. We also advised if the water heater is leaking then it would still be under the manufacture warranty (we never came on site to check we where only going by what was reported to us that the water heater was leaking). The sewer line is different from a domestic water line leak.....The line was scoped 06/13/18, the water heater was installed 12/30/17 thus still under warranty. If we were required to locate a domestic water leak then we would have. Thank you Lindstom for seeing we did not miss install the water heater."

Byron wanted 525 dollars to replace my water line to my refrigerator with a copper line. When I asked him why it was so expensive he said the copper line was very expensive. When I showed him I could buy 30 feet of copper tubing at Home Depot for 30 dollars, he agreed to reduce the price to 395 dollars. I got the feeling he was overcharging me because I live in a nice house in a nice neighborhood.

"We did not charge by the neighborhood or by the house. We charge by what we have to do fishing the line through the cabinet etc. We had to remove the line you installed ILLEGALLY. You wanted us to give you a report with our license number that we had installed the line for your insurance purposes for $75.00 we refused. We had to do the removal & installation in order to give an invoice that we had done the job!!!"

Plumber Mike was quick to respond and to schedule the service. I had asked them to fix the leaky faucet in laundry sink. Byron was friendly and professional and quickly assessed the problem determining that we simply needed a new faucet. He charged me the $75 service charge but promised to apply it to his next visit when he would replace faucet with new one I would purchase. He replaced it in about 45 minutes to an hour. He charged me $265 + original $75 service charge, which brought total of service to $340 for the labor to replace the faucet. We believe that we were overcharged.

I called Olumber Mike’s late Saturday afternoon to set an appointment. They said they would send someone out Monday morning and called me first thing to schedule the plumber. He arrived a few minutes early, snaked the line and was done within the hour. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was great also. I would definitely hire them again.

This was the third time I had used them, I never had an issue until now. I contacted them because despite opening the shower valve there was not a lot of water coming out. The plumber came and instead of unscrewing the shower head by hand first, he used the wrench damaging the shower head. He removed some deposits built up in the filter and water saving device. But when put back the shower head, now water was coming sideways at high pressure getting the entire bathroom wet. He told me that I should contact the hardware company and have it replace, after he DAMAGED it using the wrench. Water was not coming sideways before he even touched it. He NEVER even bother to open the shower valve to check what was the problem and wrote that the valve need total rebuild to solve the problem and that the wall needs to be broken. He charged me $165 just for damaging the shower head and not inspecting the valve. I contacted a different company who opened the valve and they were able to just pull it out and replace it with a new valve, without having to destroy the wall. At least they bother inspecting it. They also had to put a new shower head, after the prior one was damaged. I don't mind paying for a job that its done properly, carefully and thoroughly. Quite a disappointment.

I had a plumbing emergency on a friday afternoon. My toilet in the master bath started to leak water between the tank and the base of the toilet. I called Plumber Mike's to the repair. They responded within 2 hours, very polite and professional. They evaluated the situation but was not given a price. I usually do the toilet repairs myself, but I had out of town guests coming in that night for the holidays. I knew it was the 2 bolts and 2 washers that hold the tank to the base of the toilet. I figured how much could it cost ? Well here's a heads up people, before you let anyone perform any work in your home get a price first. I can assure that will be my policy from now on because i feel i genuinely got ripped off by this plumbing company. The original price was $325. when I complained they lowered it to $292.50. Ridiculous . They told me that they had to drive from Hollywood to coral springs so they have to charge for that. I was told on the phone she would call me back when she located someone in my area. I will not be using their services in the future.

"We lifted the tank from the bowl installed new gasket and bolts also supplied and installed a new fill valve. Once the price was quoted we were compared to lawyers and doctors that they do not charge this much, however lawyers and doctors do not do plumbing. Our pricing is standard industry pricing and is comparable to other companies."
