"We explained to Mr. [Member Name Removed] that we would be glad to send Beau to help solve his issue but would need to charge for drywall repair as replacing above ground drains was not in our scope of work. Once we explained there would be a cost to repair the drywall we were cursed at and threatened. We were told if we do not do the full repair, including drywall repair, for free Mr. [Member Name Removed] would put a terrible review about us online on every site possible. At this point we told him we did not feel comfortable doing the repair or being bullied. We are a family company that appreciates our customers and stand by our work. However, we won't allow our employees to be treated or spoken to in a disrespectful manner."

"In response to Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s review on our Company. Ms. [Member Name Removed] contacted our office for a quote. We sent an estimator to the location to meet her and take the necessary measurements. Our estimator commonly uses a business card to write the notes on however We do not provide quotes written on the back of a business card but once they return to the office a written estimate is prepared outlining everything that is included and not included in our proposals We then email the written proposal to the customer for their review. This customer was given two prices one for the $22,500 was for the harder job then the proposal states If we reroute the South bathroom to the outside of the house the price would be reduced by $1,200.00 which comes to $21,300.00. The customer contacted the office insisting that Beau told her the price would be $21,000.00 and that permit fees were included at which time she was informed that it seemed odd that Beau would of told her that permit fees were included since EVERY OTHER customer has paid the permit fees but that we would have Beau contact her. Beau was out of the office due to the birth of his daughter so when he returned on the following Monday he reached out to the customer explaining to her boyfriend that the harder job was $22,500 and the easier job was $21,300 at which time he insisted that we do the job for the $21,000.00 that they believe was written on a business card but could not provide this card, we informed them that we were not interested in doing any of the work for her. We never contracted any work with this customer due to her attitude so of course there is NO BAIT AND SWITCH just an upset person because we wouldn't do the work for the price she wanted. After being in business for over 15 years we have learned if someone is that rude before you sign any contracts they will never be happy with anything you do."
