"I called A Alligator frantically looking for a company to pump my tank (1 pm). They were able to get me on the schedule for the early evening (they didnt even give me attitude when I kept calling back - patience is a virtue!)
Brandon came with the vac truck, located my septic tank (I didn't know exact location) popped the lid, discovered that it wasn't full but actually could use some repair. He then cleaned out a blockage in our plumbing line which fixed the issue we were dealing with. A quote was provided for additional work to get out tank up and running as it should be.

"I had called 3 other plumbing companies because my water heater needed to be changed. I called Plumbtech on a Friday afternoon and they had absolutely no problem to come to my house on Saturday morning and install the water heater. These guys were extremely professional, specially the one named JC. He was very helpful over the phone and gave me an accurate estimate of how much the job would cost, unlike other companies that tried to rip me off by constantly offering to send someone to my house without even listening to what the issue was.
