Tenants in our building got a quote from a plumber to do some work. I called Empire Plumbing to get a second opinion, they had never heard of this process. They came out to access the situation, they used a camera and mapped out our plumbing lines. After diagnosing the issue, they did the work for less than 1/2 what was quoted by the other company. More importantly, they gained my trust in answering the questions and demonstrating clear knowledge rather then trying to "sell" me on something. I highly recommend the team at Empire Plumbing

Luis and Rodrigo came to my house and fixed the problem that I was having a speedy manner. They were very nice and respectful.

Empire Plumbing Co, sent Carlos and his teammate (cant remember his name) to service all my faucets, shower valves and toilets. They were very, very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, came prepared a d most importantly arrived ready to work.

My water heater stopped working and I needed a new one asap as I had no hot water. Empire Plumbing was quick to respond, smooth process and got the job done for an affordable price! Highly recommend their services.

Great. Juan arrived on time within the 2 hour window. He was efficient and professional and gave sound advice on what was and probably more important what was not worth undertaking. He had all needed parts with him cleaned up thoroughly when done and was a true gentleman in every way.

They are a little bit more expensive than other companies, however they do excellent work. They always come out on time if not early. They always get the job done and it usually only takes them about a day. I have not had any complaints in the three years that I have been using them. They usually come out and do very big jobs for me.

They are very expensive and not all that responsive. The work they do is fine though.

First visit - Plumber looked at the faucet, but not the inside or underneath, and said parts had to be ordered. I thought it was strange that he knew what it needed without taking it apart. 2nd Appointment - Plumber never showed up at scheduled time. We called and were told they were tied up at some large job that was more complicated than they thought it would be and could not make our appointment. 3rd Appointment - Same thing, plumber never showed up. We had to call them to be told that they were involved in the previous appointment that was more complicated than they thought it would be and would not make our appointment. 4th Appointment - Plumber showed up and realized he had ordered the wrong parts. He admitted he should have looked at it better the first time and that the whole faucet had to be replaced. 5th Appointment - Work was completed satisfactorily.
