Great! We had called another company ..and got a proposal for $12,000, and another co...who never showed! Then we luckily got to Coker.,and Richard. Richard came by withn hours and told us he had a machine that should be able to fix our problem without having to replace the drainfield...for less than half the price of the other company. Then because they could not start immediately, he sent a pumper to pump out our tank..again..so we had no problems and free of charge. Richard answered every call and called us to advise of the progress every step of the way! We passed the inspection easily! Thank you Coker and Richard!

Scheduled plumbing work with Coker Septic.  Called them back to confirm on the morning they were scheduled, was told crew would arrive between 10AM and 1PM.  Crew never showed up.  I was given some lame excuse about broken
equipment and miscommunication with a subcontractor.  I wasted a full day out of work because of
their incompetence and was offered nothing to make up for it.  

This company was very professional.  When I called for an estimate for a drain field they went the same day. Richard was the gentleman that gave us the estimate and was our primary contact throughout the entire process. We went to their office to sign the contract, which they had ready for us. After signing the contract, it took about 10 days to begin the work because they were waiting for the permits.  Once they had the permits the work began immediately.  It took about 3 full days for them to complete the work.  The price was a little more than we expected, but they did an amazing job and guarantee the work for 5 years!  I will definitely recommend this company.  Ask for Richard  which was so nice and professional.
