They came to check our blocked drains within 1.5 hours on a Saturday. They found the problem and cleared it. We were given a choice to continue with the cast iron pipes which could easily become clogged again or they could install PVC pipes from the house to the sidewalk today. They were professional, gave us a quote, and finished the job and cleaned up.

They were fast, professional and efficient. We had an emergency and they replaced our p-trap and sewer line. The crisis was resolved the same day we called. They dug under the house, removed and replaced the existing pavers as if it was never disturbed. Their communication was constant and reliable. Highly recommended!

Albert Jr came and performed pumping out septic tank ,and assured it will work efficiently. As stated by Albert Sr, a day before, Jr was able to find manhole cover of the septic tank. He was polite and efficient!!!

The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else.

They were amazing. I called and no sooner than I was telling the rep my septic issue, she already had some technicians in my area and we live far out. 30 minutes later, the techs were at my house, pumping and cleaning out our septic tank. They were knowledgeable about the job and did an excellent job. I would refer them to whoever I know with septic issues. Their service was +AAA and I give them 5?

The need for service was unexpected and the problem was more extensive than thought but I feel very fortunate to have found Barrett’s Plumbing they can quickly on a Sunday, the Technician Neon was extremely thorough and explained the problems and provided several options. They took their time to get it right, Barry the supervisor stepped in and helped complete the job. Apparently I had a really bad drain field which caused me to be pumping my tank every month.Since Barrett’s Plumbing came and diagnosed the problem,installed a new drain field It seems all my drain problem have been solved.

Barrett's Plumbing saved me a ton of headaches and money. Every 2-3 weeks I used to have to call someone to pump or clear my drain, ranging anywhere from $250-$300. Barrett's Plumbing was the only one to actually realize that I needed a whole new septic tank. Finally I no longer have to worry about any backups or flooding in my house.

Our drain had roots growing on the in side and they came promptly, and made an assessment of the situation. The drain needed to be replaced and the replacement was done in two hours. They are cost effective, professional, and extremely proficient at what they do.
