We are licensed as a Master Septic Tank Contractor and have over 30 years of experience in the septic industry. Not happy - the system was installed per sq ft calculation. However it fills up way to quick. We had to pump out a new system multiple times. Our only fix was to reroute our washing machine, however the Insurance Company doesn't like that. We should have increased the tank size but this was not suggested. Doing so now - could damage new drainfield and having to pay to redo everything.

"Hello we came to visit you multiple times and we already gave you the full reports about the cause of the failure. The system installed has been according to code and to information you provided at time of installation after you just purchased the house. We spent a lot of time investigating your water usage and your lifestyle and the fact you are supplied water via a well made our investigation lengthier. Too much water is being used and created the saturation. We also visited the neighbors who are also customers of ours. They confirm that a business is run from the property. Also we noticed a warehouse being built in the back yard that, again, confirms our finding. You also published another review where you mentioned a tree company drove over your septic system a few months before and damaged it. As a form of testing, 3 days after the tank was pumped, we came to check it and the tank was already full that also confirm our suspicion. We also had a conversation with your spouse, and she confirms that she does a lot of laundry, she has a lot of people coming in and out every day and that the water usage is very high. She also confirmed you have 5 bedrooms and not 4 as mentioned at time of the installation and according to the county record. Publishing mulitple negative reviews will not fix your problem .A much bigger system must be installed to accommodate your very large water usage. We hope our response will make you understand again the proper solution. We have been servicing central Florida for over 35 years and we always provide the best we can offer with 3 experienced contractors and a master septic tank contractor on duty. Good Communication, Great Pricing and Installation was on time and they were very nice. However, I'm rating this one Star because we had the septic drained in 7/2018 prior to a new drainfield install on 9/2018. They gave us a three year warranty but in 4/2020 the septic was full and needed to be pumped. In 12/2020 it needed to be pumped again. In May 2021, we contacted Greens and they said the drainfield was full of water from the rainy season. He didn't want to come out and check the system. In 3/2022 it was full again and we had to pump out the septic. Recently in 11/2022 we needed to pump it again. We have been advised by multiple companies we should not have to pump out our tank this much for a new drainfield. After each pump out - it takes awhile to fill up again and some may drain out but the system is certainly flawed. I have sent several emails recently and left messages for the owner Dominic Buhot. So in Summary - they are a good sales company but if you have any problems down the road - don't expect your drainfield to last or get repaired. They won't even come out and check it out.

We always had a good relationship, and we want to keep it that way as we have a lot in common and it is also the way we treat our customers. We do remember installing a drain field for you in 2018.We were not aware of any problem with the system since the installation. WE can assure you that we did not receive any email from you or phone calls addressing your concerns. The last email we received from you is from October 2018 and it was 1 month after the drain field installation. You experienced a sewer back up and it was caused by a plumbing drain line blockage, and it was not related to the septic system. We also checked our last 90 days phone record from our phone system and we have no record of any phone call either. In case, you contacted us via a different phone number than the one we have on record, we then address you our apologies. On another web review site, you posted the invoices for the septic tank pumping you did with other contractors he last 3 years. None of them mentioned any problem with the drain field. We are really curious to know the cause of your sewer back up and our favorite part is to know the cause of a problem that we always share with other customers. Just know that a drain field warranty is covered but the manufacturer of the system and they are a very reputable company. They will be pleased to also investigate the drain field issue if the cause is the drain field. Back up can come from many reasons like a premature buildup of solid waste in the tank, a bad drain line between the house and the tank, an over usage of water that exceed the performance of the drain field, a damage caused by a heavy traffic over the system, a strong roots growth caused by the proximity of trees or bushes etcetera...Please, call us at 407 673 8700 and we will start our investigation like performing a hydraulic test, check if there is any saturation inside the drain field, if the flow is clear between the main line and the tank..."

I called Green’s at 8:30am and they were able to come out the same day at 9:30 am and pumped our septic tank within 30 minutes. Paid $540. Higher price due to private dumping service provided. Public dumping is not available due to hurricane Ian.

We had an appointment for 12:30pm. They showed up at 12:15pm and got to work. They pumped the septic tank within half an hour. They were done by 12:45pm. Highly recommend them!

We weren't sure where the tank was, and there was some trouble finding it. Green's recommended a plumber to send a camera through. (They were prompt and professional) Green's came out again and did a fast, efficient job. (The tank was partially under a few pavers, which caused the confusion).

I called Green’s Environmental Services because they had amazing ratings on Angie’s List. I thought it might have been a really long time since the septic tank had been pumped out, and with the toilets having issues, I needed help quickly. They came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything with no attempts to upsell unnecessarily. They were incredibly easy to work with and the owner really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend these guys.

I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work.

I suspected that the company which quoted me $7,425 for a new drain field had not researched the issue properly. I contacted Dominique from Green's Environmental Services after hours and had an excellent conversation. The following day he sent out Derek Woodruff who inspected the system, determined that the drain field was functioning well, and showed me where the problem lay. It was a malfunctioning switch on the aging sump pump, plus a failed alarm system. That afternoon Ken came out and installed the new pump and alarm, explained how the whole septic system works and how to best take care of it for longevity. The whole cost was just under $1,400, saving me $6,000! I couldn't be happier with Green's and they will be the go-to guys for our septic system from now on. They are true experts, and trustworthy, decent people.

I initially called Roto-Rooter to look at my slow-draining toilet. After looking for the main line access, the technician diagnosed the problem as a septic system issue. I sent a message through Green's website, instead of calling, and received a call from Dominique that afternoon. Over the phone, we tried to diagnose the problem (mainly with the septic pump alarm) to see if a crew really needed to come out. Eventually, it was decided a crew needed to come look at the tank/pump. The crew came the first business day in the morning and pumped the tank. Unfortunately, it was determined the septic system was NOT the issue, but I truly appreciated the efforts of Dominique and his crew. At least I had the tank pumped.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the service and the fair price. I asked that we be able to do the service without contact due to the corona virus. The company I used before actually did me a huge favor by refusing because now I have a company I know I can trust and that is truly customer oriented. When I did research on companies I saw Green's environmental Services and their excellent reputation. The service was excellent, even the truck was clean! They did a thorough job, including the filter and second compartment of the vault. They cleaned up and left the area around the septic tank looking great.

An excellent service and great experience! Green's Environmental Services was at our neighbor house across the street. The crew was very polite and friendly and helped my wife with backing out of our driveway safety. I was impressed with the crew’s professionalism, competence, and how quickly the job was completed. I realized my own septic system has not been serviced for a long time and called Green’s Environmental Services and spoke with the owner Dominic. The very next morning they were there promptly to pump my septic tank. I would highly recommend Dominic and Green’s Environmental Services for all your septic needs!! Virgil was prompt and did a complete job, also showed me where the previous service (not going to name them in case their culture has changed) had cut corners. Pumped everything, cleaned and showed me condition etc, and also told me I had a good 10 years or so on the lining of the tank. Will use again in a few years...

We requested quotes via Angie's List and Green's responded within a few hours and was able to provide a quote over the phone. Green's price was very competitive and they were willing to work us into their schedule within 48 hours. One of the things we like most was communication. Green's was very prompt with their quote, and called to confirm the appointment and then also called again to let us know exactly when to expect the truck. We will hire them again. Highly recommend using this provider.

The truck with two service providers with extra long hose to reach the tank in the backyard arrived promptly as scheduled. The men were very polite and professional as they worked very diligently to complete the job which took longer than usual due to long neglected maintenance. They took the time and concern afterward to educate us on the need to do the necessary maintenance on the septic system to avoid more costly work and repairs which I greatly appreciated. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.
