CCE is excellent. Murray and his team are great. I had them powerwash and paint the trim of my house. They got the fence, sidewalks, and doors. They scheduled me quickly and did a fantastic job ... and most importantly were mindful of my landscaping. They will be my go-to for house repairs and renovations.

Chevy Chase Exteriors was my first experience with major home renovations and repairs and I am probably now spoiled. They are extremely responsive, kind, and flexible on timing (which was super important for me with a variable work schedule and two small children who were home sick a lot). As someone new to home work I had a lot of questions and they walked me through everything, helping me understand what should be a priority vs a nice to have. As my project grew and changed in different ways based on what I decided to do they took it all in stride, working with me and my schedule to accommodate all the things I wanted done. The other thing I would like to share about them is that I have an older house built in the 1920s. They were very knowledgeable about old house issues and quirks. I would definitely recommend them particularly if you need work done on a house in this area where there are many historic and older properties.

In a world where calls and messages requesting services often go unanswered and providers fail to show up as promised or perform poorly when they do, I cannot speak highly enough about Murray and Chevy Chase Exteriors. Murray responded promptly and professionally, offered a reasonable price, and had his team show up the next day. The team was courteous and did a great job. I plan to use Chevy Chase Exteriors for as many jobs in and around my house as they are willing to do!

It went ok. Workers were professional and pleasant when performing work. Not always on time as scheduled. Deck maintenance was high quality. Other exterior work appears to be good. Exterior pressuring washing was well done. Expensive.

Murray made it very easy! His price was fair and the work was well done. He also repaired some water-damaged trim on the house, and when the paint didn't quite match, he took care of it to make sure that it did match.

Highly recommend. CCE staff arrived to give quote for wood deck washing and offer accepted, very fair pricing and promise of outcome. Staff arrived to our house on time and went directly to work, very courteous, high degree of tasking skills, and performed as advertised. We were so very excited about the wonderful restored appearance and physical status of our, prior to this work grayed and dirty deck wood. The staff cleaned EVERY SINGLE SURFACE of the deck, looks like it was just installed. Yes, I will recommend and employ CCE for any future house repair needs.

Perfectly. Murray, the owner, and the two staff members he brought with him were efficient and professional. Murray is a warm and friendly guy, shows up when he promises to show up and gets the job done. Clean-up was perfect as well. In addition, he threw in a quick pressure wash of my front step free of charge. ..very nice of him to do so. I appreciate the fact that he followed up with a phone call about ten days after the job was completed to make sure there were no problems and reminded me I could call him if any developed.

This is the second time I've dealt with this company and once again they exceeded my expectations. I should not that my "new-normal" of being satisfied just by not being disappointed too much, so this really wa a welcomed change from my recent experiences with service contractors. Chevy Chase Exteriors guys arrived with a smile on, very appropriate and professional manner, provided me with an estimate of how long the job will take, which turned out very accurate, and set to work. Upon completion they asked me to review the job, and offered to touch up anything that was not to my satisfaction [imagine that!] There was nothing to touch up. They did a splendid job with a wonderful attitude to boot. Old-fashioned quality and service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! I almost did not recognize my house when I arrived after work. It absolutely sparkled! Chevy Chase Exteriors did much more than what was in the estimate. They cleaned out the Gutter Gloves (this had not been done for 10 years), took care of mold/algae on the roof, cleaned the soot off the chimney, power washed off the sidewalk and driveway (which I am sure had never been done since the house was built in 1955.) Murray and his workers, Aponti and Maurice, could not have been nicer, more professional and absolutely punctual. My rating would be A+++++.
