"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

"Abel and his crew did outstanding work, and during every step of the process Abel was attentive and knowledgeable. When we set up the estimate, Abel gave a window for the appointment, called when he was close by, and arrived towards the beginning of that window. I had drawn up a sketch with dimensions of what I wanted the patio to look like. He marked the outline of the patio for us so that we could get a sense of the scale, and after asking us a few questions he took more precise measurements. Before he left he gave us an estimate and answered our remaining questions. He sent us a formal proposal a few days later. We got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with Abel primarily because of the positive interactions we had with him. His price was also very competitive. As soon as we signed a contract, Abel got us on the schedule and started work within a few weeks. His team did a great job and were efficient with their work. Thanks to the dry weather, they finished the project within a week. We knew that some lawn damage was unavoidable given the required machinery for the work, and once the work was completed, Abel’s crew reseeded/fertilized the parts of the lawn that were impacted. They even reseeded some bald spots that they were not responsible for. Throughout the week, Abel regularly checked in with us, and he was quick to remedy a few minor things that we brought up at the end of the project. We love our new patio and steps, and are very grateful to Abel and his team for their dedicated and superior work. If we need any other landscaping or hardscaping projects completed, we will definitely be giving Abel a call, and we highly recommend him to anyone else."

The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! "We had a flagstone patio done by First Impression and are very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. 
The person we worked with mainly, Dustin, was extremely helpful. He explained the pros and cons of different materials and drew up a design for the patio based on our conversation about what I wanted. Dustin was also very responsive by email when we had questions.
Our work was scheduled for 6-8 weeks after we had confirmed we wanted to contract with First Impressions since they had several jobs booked before us, but once they started, they completed it in 3 days as promised. The workmanship is truly excellent, we're very happy with the final product. A couple of the stones had tool marks on them and when I mentioned it they had someone come out a couple days later to replace the defective stones. One of the stones that they replaced was not quite flush and they fixed that too.
They also put in some steppers leading to our fence and a concrete pad for a shed, both of which turned out perfectly. We ended up paying exactly the estimate and were very happy that there weren't any hidden costs. 
Overall, we had a very good experience and I highly recommend them.

"We needed a new walkway (or patio) to connect our front porch to the garage (to replace the original quartz stone, board, & flagstone design), a new front porch (since the boards were rotting), and we needed the EverGrain Composite Decking of our back deck power-washed and stained. Deckmaster was the only contractor who could do all three jobs, and the finished product on all three was great, and they gave us a great price. They redid the stairs on the back deck and gave us an extra step on the front porch, both of which we really like. Deckmaster was patient while we got our homeowner's association to approve the design, and they were very responsive and reasonable every step of the way. They were very nice and timely, but in their design there were several structural things that did not make sense based on what other people had done. They were the cheapest. I went to get a quote from them because I found them on Angie's List. They kind of recommended using material that was like cheaper.
