They performed a complete interior and exterior remodel - all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, hardwood floors, front and back porch remodel. "APX turned out to be the best option for us. Originally recommended by one of our neighbors we selected APX because it offered a fair price and because Alex gave her sage advice to help finalize what we wanted to do. Under his contract we had to pay for the labor and materials separately with the materials being reimbursed as they were purchased either by ourselves or by the contractor. This was kind of a good thing because my wife wanted to take a lot of time to pick just the right tile and other furnishings for the remodel. In addition, Alex helped us pick out the material materials, actually coming to the floor decor store and to Home Depot with us. He and his employees actually picked up the stainless steel. Bathtub to make sure that the one we actually got didn’t have any chips or blemishes was a common problem I saw in the reviews for all the stainless steel bathtubs.. He also picked up the heavy tiles. The construction did a very nice job and it looks great. "

"Ruben and the team did such a great job on the first project (2-3yrs ago) that I asked them to come back and finish my condo's water heater closet, which showed wear and tear from past water damage. They did a fantastic job in repairing the closet and adjacent living room's dry walls that it looked seamless to the rest of the unit. The team was always conscious of keeping the work area clean as they closed the area off with tarp and placed drop cloths down. I greatly appreciate the amount of high-quality work done in a short time span, especially when asked within two weeks of the project starting. "Never finished the job. The handyman they sent was competent and hard-working, and the prices were reasonable, but working with the office staff to get him out to my home was difficult and unpleasant. My job was a 2-3 day job (partly because plaster needs time to cure, paint needs to dry, etc.), but they just wouldn't schedule him to finish it. The office staff were hostile and blamed me for their scheduling difficulties, as though I was the problem. They've cancelled their last two scheduled appointments at the last minute and are unable to give me any more dates."
