Spotless Glo Cleaning Service professionals are uniquely prepared during this unprecedented time to clean and disinfect your home or business according to the protocols set forth by the CDC. We have years of experience in dealing with contaminants, and we will go beyond the scope of work that regular janitorial staff performs on a daily basis. Our professionals are trained to perform a proactive cleanup that involves facility or structure cleaning and disinfection. Cleanup procedures generally include cleaning of porous and non-porous surfaces, disinfecting of non-porous surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting of equipment, tools, and/or supplies used for the cleanup process, and disposal of waste. The CDC encourages cleaning of high-touch surfaces such as counters, tabletops, doorknobs, light switches, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets, tables, door frames, and frequently touched areas.

Post Construction Clean up
They did an excellent job.! My floors were coated in drywall dust from construction and renovations.. Spotless did an amazing job cleaning everything. I highly recommend this company.

They do not do the basics thoroughly enough. Some things are done well, but a notable amount of dirt/dust is left behind. The homeowner has to point it out to have it taken care of. You continue to find more incomplete cleaning after they have left your home. Dust, dirt untouched.

However, we have conducted a thorough investigation into the matter. The general walkthrough policy was conducted with you after the clean and everything pointed out was corrected before the cleaners left the property. Based on the original estimate, you informed us that your husband already cleaned the ceiling fans so those items was not part of the project. However, during the spot check you asked the cleaners to clean the ceiling fans which they did for you very beautifully. Again, we will do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are happy. We did everything we could to make sure that your home was spotless. That is why we charge you for 3 hours even though we worked 4 hours. With all this, I am sorry to know that you felt this way."

Post Construction Clean up
I provided Spotless Glo a list of things that were of specific concern following the renovation project -- dusty walls, dusty HVAC vents, handprints on walls, baseboards, blinds, window sills. Spotless Glo completed the work, asked me to walk through and check the quality, and quickly and readily addressed anything I pointed out that required a little more attention. I have already recommended Spotless Glo to a friend and will continue to do so.

I am so glad I found Spotless cleaning service on Home Adviser! I am a new resident in Calvert County & I have lucked out on my first cleaning hire: Alphonse (Al) is very professional, thorough, pays attention to detail, and yet somehow manages to do everything very efficiently! My house was truly spotless when they were finished and I am have now arranged to have Spotless cleaning on a regular schedule.
