They double-charged me for travel plus an extra 30 minutes for services they didn't give and they refuse to refund me. For 2.25 hours of work, I had to pay almost $1400! I am pursuing this with my cc company.

Al and Oliver arrived right on time, worked very carefully and efficiently. They couldn't have been more friendly, courteous or responsive and took initiative to assist in arranging for donation of items to local charities that can make good use of them. Very fair pricing and excellent value. I couldn't be more pleased.

This review is in reference to the Beltway Movers Rockville location: To save some money we used ABF U-Pack to ship the contents of our home from Fort Worth, TX to Germantown, MD. We loaded the trailer ourselves in Texas and intended to unload it ourselves in Maryland. But after getting it loaded and then driving halfway across the country we just didn’t have the energy or desire to unload the trailer ourselves. At the recommendation of our Realtor we contacted Bill Barrett at Beltway Movers. Once the trailer arrived at the ABF U-Pack facility in Maryland, Bill had a team set up to unload the trailer and bring the contents to our new home in Germantown. Admittedly it cost more than if we had done it ourselves, but Bill and Beltway Movers made it a quick and painless process. A special thanks to Greg, Al, Brian and Mike who actually did the heavy-lifting. They were friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. We won’t hesitate to contact Beltway Movers for our next move or to recommend them to others.

The crew, headed by Ali, did a fabulous job and could not have been friendlier. They worked well together and were very efficient. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy customers, even taking the time to attach felt pads I had purchased to the bottom of my furniture to protect the floors at our new home.

Beltway helped us with our local move and were excellent. Crew was professional and enjoyable. During the estimating process, they gave us lots of packing tips which ultimately saved us lots of time and energy as we packed ourselves. Would heartily endorse them!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Professional, patient, and hard working. Wasted no time, all boxes and furniture placed exactly where I asked them to. Cleaned up after themselves. Made a very difficult move easy for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them. $1600

The packing and move went great. No furniture or boxes were broken or damaged. The moving men arrived on time with boxes, tape, labels, dollies and pads. Very professional from beginning to end. We've recommend Beltway to our friends and know they have received the same good service.

They showed up on time (short 1 man who was sick) and moved everything without damage or problems out of a 2 story house. Being short 1 man didn't seem delay them or staying within the timeframe. We moved into an 1890's 2 story home which can be difficult as they didn't build to standards as now! Some of our pieces are large and they were able to negotiate the corners, staircase and doorways without hitting or damaging anything! Cudo's to Beltway and Gil & Moe our movers for doing an excellent job!

Excellent experience. The team showed up on time, packed quickly with care, and had everything unloaded in my new apartment by mid-afternoon. I am about to move into a condo, and they're moving me again. I absolutely recommend them.

This moving team Moe Gibson, G. Malone and J Walker were Phenomenal. Their arrival was a few minutes late which made me a little nervous, but that is just me and no bad reflection on them. Traffic! I was simply amazed at their skills, expertise and professionalism. For young Black men, they exceed my expectations. Excellent customer service which is rare these days.
But I must give Moe an additional praise. It is understandable why he is the lead mover. He has the ability to pick up furniture and carry it on his back. Awesome job! I don't understand why he don't have his own company. Yet, I applaud him for working as though it is his own.
The team handled my furniture with care, nothing was broken nor damaged. I would recommend them to my friends and family and would definitely use them again.

The three guys were friendly and efficient. They broke a lamp, cat tree, scratched some of our hardwood, and scratched a door. Besides that, it went well and did not take as long as estimated.

**DO NOT USE THEM**. Damaged my air conditioning unit and would not pay for repairs. While moving my outdoor items they slammed my kayak into my outdoor air conditioning unit rupturing the oil line and causing over 2K in repairs. Getting the manager to assist was like pulling teeth and eventually he just sent it over to the insurance company and claimed everything was beyond his control. Problem is the insurance company is hired by Beltway Movers and denied the claim. Beltway Movers has shown zero interest in my customer satisfaction, even though they charge an arm and a leg. If all that weren't enough, the movers were quite lazy and discourteous. The one even argued with me over which parking space he could park the truck in. And to top is all off the other one smelled absolutely awful, and it was the first move of the day! Stay away at all costs.

I was very pleased with Beltway Movers and happy to recommend them. First of all, Victor in the Rockville office was very professional about taking an estimate of the items being moved and the estimated cost. HE followed through on every phone call with a written summary of what was agreed upon, which I appreciated very much. Second, the movers showed up on time with the right kind of truck and equipment. Third, the moving crew was amazing - they were very dedicated, fast and courteous. I was very happy with their professionalism and work ethic.
Everything got to my new house in great shape and undamaged. THe price charged was very close to the estimate --no surprises.
I was anxious about moving but Beltway made it very easy and even pleasant.
