Borselle was the only contractor who called back and discussed the project. His call was very prompt, within a day. We asked him to replace a toilet with a quality water-saving model, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a model, which he purchased and brought with him. It was a great choice. He also was helpful in answering other questions that we had. Plus, his price for the replacement was one-third less than the giant home repair company that had done similar work a year before. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."

The solution he offered was just about what I had picked out, and I went with his recommendation. The install went fine. Jesse was super smart, friendly, conscientious and knowledgable. he spotted a few things the previous tech didnt (including inefficiencies which were likely costing us money in propane costs). our boiler was super dirty and he got it looking and working as good as new (better actually as it wasn't set up correctly by the original home owner!). he put our mind at ease with his clear articulate explanation of what was needed and how he solved the problem. hopefully we get jesse again for next year's service. looking forward to a warm, cozy, efficient home this winter. thank you Jesse and Beacon!"
