Joe and Larry were wonderful! We bought a new house that needed work, including a serious issue with how our water heater was installed (without a pressure release valve!). Joe came by and looked at it all and because the situation was dangerous he and Larry came the very next day. Their estimate was clear and the job came in at the estimate (with one small additional nal.repair they found taking a part the toilet.). They walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. These are our new go-to plumbers!!

It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. We were able to discuss next steps I was thinking of for that bathroom. I was giving some very good advice. Excellent work! I recommend them and I will used them again when they he time comes

We had a leak from our upstairs shower and had a toilet leak on our main floor. We were told the toilet should be replaced. However, we did not want, or ask for a $400 plus toilet they snuck in. The total price for the toilet and installation was a $808. Absurd. They then opened the ceiling to fix the leak in the shower which was from a loose fitting in the drain. They found concrete slab in the ceiling and wondered for a while how they were going to get through that. That cost $222.50 to stair at the ceiling. They finally said they couldn't and offered to simply bond the shower strainer from the shower floor. They basically added some epoxy and silicone sealant. For that we were charged a total of $508. It started leaking again after two weeks. The quick fix only redirected the water to leak elsewhere. The total bill was $1,316.39 Ridiculous and a waste of time and money. I am left with a leak and a hole in the sheetrock in my main floor bath ceiling. They should have advised us they couldn't do the work as soon as they saw the concrete ceiling, charged us for a service call and left. Instead we were gauged. Do not use this company.

I asked for three quotes from Angie's List. I had chosen a large home services company from the list, and Angie's supplied me with two other names nearby. Borselle was the only contractor who called back and discussed the project. His call was very prompt, within a day. We asked him to replace a toilet with a quality water-saving model, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a model, which he purchased and brought with him. It was a great choice. He also was helpful in answering other questions that we had. Plus, his price for the replacement was one-third less than the giant home repair company that had done similar work a year before. Borselle is definitely our new go-to plumber.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing new boiler and indirect hot water system. I made the decision to convert to gas and replace my 21 year old oil fired boiler. Everything went along smoothly and professionally. Joe kept me informed every step of the process and job was completed on time. I would definitely recommend.

Great- work was performed on time and completed in the window promised. Also connected the stove to the line. He later had an electrician come bond the line.

Bob was the plumber that did majority of the work but Joe showed up to assist at the end of the day. The work looks great and so far no problems. We had 3 quotes for this project and Joe was much lower than 1 of the quotes and inline with the other. We hired Joe because he took his time to understand the job and quote it so there wouldn't be any surprises later. The job had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather the day before for a Monday at 8:30AM. It was started closer to noon. I understand delays happen but unfortunately it's a multi family home and there are tenants to consider and inform when you have to shut off the water at the property. Overall definitely saving the number and look forward to working with Joe and his team again. Thank you

Very easy to work with Joe Borselle. Very efficient and professional. Knows his trade.

It went very well. The problem was fixed completely. I'm very satisfied. I thought the problem was simply a defective pressure relief valve. Not the case - the problem was a water logged expansion tank. Joe drained the system, installed a new expansion tank, a new automatic water feed with back flow prevention, a new 30 psi pressure relief valve, and a new automatic air vent. All the replaced components were old, so it made good sense to me to replace them. Joe even installed shut-off valves on the water feed and expansion tank line so that if new the expansion tank ever becomes defective, it can be replaced without having to drain the system. When everything was installed, Joe refilled and purged the system and thoroughly tested it before leaving. I am completely satisfied with the worked performed. Excellent work and good value.

Joe, the owner and bob arrived on time and we're both professional and courteous. Completed the project in one day and were very neat. They also did two other small jobs without charge. I will recommend them to my friends.

Everything went well and my family have enough heat for the first time in a two years. Joe knows the heating systems and plumbing very well. He diagnosed the true cause of the problems and replaced the components that need replace. There was no unnecessary work and the cost estimate is very accurate.
