David and his team did a great job starting with a quick and very thorough estimate. They completed the installation of a new Central A/C system in my home and handled all aspects of the project and completed the installation on time and on budget. A very professional operation that I would highly recommend.

Pete, Jake and Jeremy and a couple of other workers from Cool Heat Mechanical did a great job on installing 3 central air conditioners and air handlers at my house over a 3 day period. They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. We initially met with Dave who reviewed their products and gave us the pricing for the job. Dave made an excellent presentation of all their products and did not use any high pressure selling tactics. He offered some nice financing options through EnergizeCT that I was not aware of as well. I did have multiple vendors competing for the job and found that Cool Heat Mechanical was the most knowledgeable and had the best products and pricing in my area. I did a fair amount of research and this company is the one to use for your heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend Cool Heat Mechanical for your HVAC requirements.

overall Experience was good. Dave is excellent and explained everything in a detailed to me. There was one small fix required and they did very fast after my call.

i found everyone to be competent and thorough, all phone calls were returned promptly. I have not used the new system for heat yet, would like to comment again in 3 months.

The work was completed quickly and well within the allotted time frame. That only negative I have to say is that I was not expecting to do the cleanup. I didn’t mind doing it, just wasn’t told I would be doing it.

The new boiler install went well. They came on time . Cleaned up after themselves. I was having other work done on the house at the same time . everyone worked well together. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for top notch customer service and quality.

Dave/CoolHeat is very knowledgeable about HVAC and consideration of importance to me. Also made me aware of new zoning requirements so that wasn't a blindside. On top of that, I got 3 quotes and Dave was the only one that followed-up with me. Crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to install the new unit. Works great.

Excellent work, right on scheduled time. Everything has been communicated and done through this company- permits, line extension, permits, inspector visit etc. Highly recommend this company.

This company was the only one who explained to me that some of the lesser units were useless as I would not be able to eventually sell the house with them. I was astounded no other company told me that. And they really go the extra mile. Kind, caring and communicative.

I picked them because they came across as the most trustworthy, I had issues with the installaition. But they did resolve my issues so overall I'm OK.

The people from Cool Heat Mechanical were very professional: they were prompt, efficient, and thorough in their service to us. David was very clear to us, in explaining their service, and the cost. The project was completed on time and on budget.

I had already had another company come out to look at my furnace, but I didn't feel comfortable with the diagnosis. So, I got a second opinion on the work on our furnace. Dave came out and explained everything, I felt so relieved after he walked me through the whole process. It is such a relief to know we are in good hands. Dave is an honest professional, so glad I made the call!
