"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. We initially met with Dave who reviewed their products and gave us the pricing for the job. Dave made an excellent presentation of all their products and did not use any high pressure selling tactics. He offered some nice financing options through EnergizeCT that I was not aware of as well. I did have multiple vendors competing for the job and found that Cool Heat Mechanical was the most knowledgeable and had the best products and pricing in my area. "Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."
