"Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. "Pete, Jake and Jeremy and a couple of other workers from Cool Heat Mechanical did a great job on installing 3 central air conditioners and air handlers at my house over a 3 day period. They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."
