Getting up (sleeping in because I work nights) I had 3 phone calls from 9:30am on, Hurley and David saying they were unable to reach me. That additional frustration got ironed out. A technician was sent. His name is Macauley. He immediately knew I needed an expansion tank and replaced same. The price was high, but his professionalism and communication skills made all the difference. And the psi normal"
