The technician arrived said they were not qualified to work on Combi-tankless boilers; though I had explained over the phone when making the appointment; the Combi boiler I had, and the code e352, that I couldn't maintain heat. The price was high, but his professionalism and communication skills made all the difference. And the psi normal"

If I had any complaint at all it would be that this furnace is considerably louder than my old furnace, but that has nothing to do with the folks who did the installation.
