"These guys are great! The man who came to estimate the job had a medical emergency after leaving our home leaving the company very short handed. His partner not only got the information from our site visit but got our job scheduled within a week! He also pointed out some very ergent safety issues with our flexible gas line installed in 2000, but also saw an issue with our water heater put in by a subcontractor from Columbia Gas. Not only was the water heater not installed properly putting our safety at risk then we found out it was NEVER inspected by the city!
