They checked the water pressure outside first to see if there was an issue.  The pressure was fine but then I took them to the basement and showed them the pipe.  They explained what the reducer valve does and the reason for the green on the pipes. They replaced the valve immediately and the pipes as well since they said what I saw on the outside, was on the inside as well..yuck! They turned the water back on and then ran the faucets in the house to get all the air out.  All was well until I tried to turn the kitchen faucet on 'high' but the same pressure came out.  It seemed weak and not as strong as before.  I called Tony again and he returned the next day to adjust the pressure, even showed me how!  That is professional service at its best.
