Rich and John quickly got to work. They removed and hauled off the old 40 gallon water heater and replaced it with a new one. They replaced the old piping and electrical wires were fixed and secured. Both were professional and very knowledgable. The entire job was less than 2 hours and the heater was up and running right away. I would definitely recommend. Thanks!!

E and R Plumbing was 1 of 3 companies recommended to me by HomeAdvisor and I contacted them because they had the best reviews. Almost immediately, I received a call from Rich and while he was on the phone, he asked me to send over pictures of my 16 year old Water Heater Tank that needed to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price for both a Tank and Tankless water heater and I decided to go Tankless. Rich and two colleagues showed up the next morning, removed the old Water Heater Tank and built out a plywood mount to install a new tankless water heater directly behind where the old tank was, taking up less space. Rich and his colleagues completed the job exactly as described, and Rich called later that afternoon to make sure everything was running great!

Responded to my request immediately. Our conversation included me sending picks of the replacement. With that got an instant quote and set a date for the work. Showed up on time. Job took a bit longer as my old water heater was loaded with deposits so draining was longer than expected. Nice that quote didn't change. Rich and John were very friendly, professional and followed up immediately with the paperwork that I needed to satisfy my condo association. They also advised me on how to service my water heater myself annually to keep it running efficiently. During the service my neighbor saw my old water heater outside and after seeing their work booked his replacement. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
