"Hi [Member Name Removed], Please call the office at 800-308-3232 (or reply here with your phone number) and ask for Steve the owner. I'll be happy to take care of any issues that you have. Thank you, Steve"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], I didn't realize that you had already given me a check for the work completed on the first day we were there for service, as we spoke on the phone it was my mistake. I dropped off a check with your father a few days ago. Our prices are extremely competitive and on the lower side compared to many other companies out there. I hope you are satisfied with the work completed and the reimbursement. Thank you, .Steve"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], Our prices are considerably lower than many other Plumbing companies. We always give the customer a price before any work is started, there is no obligation as it's a free estimate. Once the customer agrees we proceed with the work. Please call me if you have any questions or would like to discuss further. Thank you, Steve"
I was quoted an arrival time between 9:30 am and 11:00 am and the repair person, I think he was the business owner, arrived at 10:00 am. He was very courteous and professional. He said that the faucet had been assembled defectively and one of the parts was loose. He tightened it and put additional silicon around the faucet. The total job took him about 20 minutes. He said that since there were no parts needed and the job was simple, he would reduce the price to $190. Since, I had already agreed to pay $250, I was very appreciative.
Overall, the high level of professionalism and the courteous service I received was worth the cost. I would definitely use Atomic again.
I appreciate all of the hard work he and crew put in late on a Friday afternoon. I am extremely grateful.
A very satisfied customer.
:)
